The Power of Moderation Realized on Sunday (03/16/2025)


How do you feel today?

I had a 2-hour phone call yesterday, and because it was late, it affected the quality of my sleep, so my condition is a bit off today. But I’ll follow my routine mechanically and try to have a productive day.


Good:

Over the past two days, I experienced some irritation due to hormonal changes. However, I think it was wise to spend time avoiding overloading myself and focusing on fewer tasks.


Bad:

The late-night 2-hour phone call impacted the quality of my sleep, and my condition is a bit low today. On days like this, I try to stick to my routine and finish the day. I’m once again realizing that activities involving mental effort after 7 PM definitely affect my sleep and the following day.


Lesson Learned:

Most happy people do not want others to recognize how happy they are, and they don’t even think about the presence of others. Everyone faces difficulties, but some choose not to reveal their problems to others. The strongest people solve their problems on their own. They always control themselves. They place their issues where they belong—inside themselves. Set firm boundaries for yourself. And assertively and calmly maintain them. Just as you wish for your boundaries to be respected, you must respect the boundaries of others. Today’s Enlightenment:

Truly happy people do not try to prove their happiness, and truly wealthy people do not try to prove their wealth. Whenever I feel the urge to prove something or speak a lot, it’s a sign that I feel lacking. Through this realization, I have learned that it’s important to find satisfaction from within, without relying on external validation or recognition. It’s not the external standards but how I see myself that defines true happiness and wealth.


Workout and Diet:

Ultimate Goal: In 30 minutes = Dopamine Spike = High-Weight Muscular Aerobics + Glute & Hip Activation / Add Protein / Magnesium-100

I have stopped fasting workouts due to decreased energy and now restrict them to twice a week, with a light breakfast in the morning.

Increase protein and carbohydrate intake.

Absolutely no isolation exercises until Sunday.


Condition and Physical Management:

Sleep:

8 hours (5-1) Sleep Quality (High), Skin (Good), Energy (Good), Emotions (Good), Productivity (Good), Efficiency (Good), Creativity (Good)

To maintain sleep quality, skin condition, and energy, regular body massage and half-body baths are essential.

Detox Day should be maintained at least once a week.


Training:

Don’t train for the sake of exercise; train for condition management.

A true master can deal with any situation with calmness, and an elite always creates an environment that allows for ease.


This Week’s Goal:

Develop the ability to train consistently without overtraining, so I can exercise throughout the week.


March Goal:

Spend at least one day at Four Seasons each week.


2025 Goal:

Become a pure, kind, polite, calm, and graceful person, training for personal growth to be a genuine and authentic Irene.

Increase external activities, change time, people, and space. Become a billionaire.


Training:

Act as if you have already achieved it—today is the time to practice becoming the future version of myself.

Let things flow naturally.

True love skills don’t require techniques.

True conversation skills don’t rely on techniques.

What I am thinking and seeing now defines who I am.

If something isn’t enjoyable, it’s a sign that something is going wrong.

Where I am right now will determine my future.

Focus on one thing to avoid spreading my energy on unnecessary tasks.

Routine is a holy practice that finds the optimal simplicity through trial and error.

Greetings should be made with the whole body.

My mental attitude is my physical posture.

Silence, moderation, immersion.
