Gratitude-Filled Thursday

Gratitude-Filled Thursday (03/13/2025)

How do you feel today?

Starting the day with gratitude for things I once took for granted makes me feel incredibly happy.

What do you want to do today?

Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the admirable future version of myself.

Good:

I finished my final exams yesterday, marking the end of the semester. Unlike before, I felt neither impatience nor anxiety. Instead, I wrapped things up with a sense of calm, composure, and natural ease. I feel like I’ve grown a lot.

Bad:

I couldn’t fully immerse myself during my workout and got lost in unnecessary thoughts. I must be extremely cautious of this habit.

Lessons Learned:

Those who strive to reach a higher life must abandon all wrong states of mind, practice patience consistently, and persist in doing good. By keeping the mind clear, the evil within will diminish day by day, while goodness will increase. As a result, one will grow stronger, more noble, and wiser. Happiness will expand, and the light of truth will shine ever brighter from within, driving away all darkness and illuminating the path.

Do not deceive yourself—see yourself as you truly are. View the path of virtue as it truly is. There is no lazy way to reach the truth. The journey up the mountain may not be as dazzling as the peak itself, but it is a remarkable experience in its own right. Likewise, self-discipline is beautiful in itself, and its rewards are sweet.

Just as a gardener takes joy in seeing flowers grow each day, a person dedicated to self-cultivation delights in watching purity, wisdom, compassion, and love bloom within their heart. Therefore, to those who cherish the truth—tend to your mind well. Always be cautious, mindful, and resolute. Your salvation is near; all that is required is your preparation and effort.

Gratitude Journal:

I am truly grateful that I can start another day feeling healthy and refreshed, free of worries, and that I can fill my day with the things I desire.

Today's Joy:

One Thing for Today: Complete all assignments and final exams.

Keywords:

Absence of suffering = Precious moments = Health = Recognizing a "bad" day

Today's Realization:

Through daily reflection, I am reminded that reducing negativity and cultivating goodness each day is the essence of discipline. I must see my mind as a garden and take the role of its gardener—pulling out weeds and nurturing beautiful flowers. The joy of witnessing my own growth is invaluable. As I continue refining myself, I hope to enjoy seeing purity, wisdom, compassion, and love flourish within me.

Health & Fitness:

Yesterday, I skipped my magnesium intake, and my condition was significantly worse. Given my workout volume, I must take at least 50mg daily.

Absolute Rules for Self-Discipline:

Nothing in this world is stronger than purity.

Never lie, not even the smallest falsehood. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.

Tasks for the Day:

VIP connections / Calendar update / Deep cleaning / Laundry / Finishing assignments / G-Market orders (x2)

Condition & Energy Management:

Sleep:

14 hours (2 AM – 4 PM)

Sleep quality: Excellent

Skin: Excellent

Physical energy: Excellent

Emotional state: Excellent

Productivity: Excellent

Efficiency: Excellent

Creativity: Excellent

To maintain my sleep quality, overall condition, and skin health, I must regularly incorporate body massages and half-baths.

A detox day is non-negotiable at least once a week.

Exercise & Nutrition – Ultimate Goal:

Within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike

Fasted low-intensity strength & cardio + glute activation

Protein intake increased

Magnesium: 100mg

Keep the bathroom door open while showering for skin health

Absolutely avoid using my brain after workouts

Mindset & Philosophy:

A true master remains composed in all circumstances, while an elite individual creates an environment where they can always remain at ease.

Exercise should not be just for the sake of working out—it should be done to optimize my overall condition.

Goals & Aspirations:

This Week’s Goal: Move as slowly and gracefully as possible, maintaining composure in every action.

March Goal: Spend at least one day a week at the Four Seasons.

2025 Goal: Train myself to become a person of absolute purity, kindness, courtesy, humility, calmness, and dignity, with sincere and genuine intentions. Expand my external activities, change my time, people, and environment, and become a billionaire.

Self-Discipline & Training:

Act as if I have already achieved my goals—today is practice for my future self.

Flow naturally like water.

The art of true love requires no technique.

The art of true conversation requires no technique.

What I see and think right now determines my present self.

If I am not enjoying something, it is a sign that something is wrong.

The place I am in now is my future.

Avoid scattering my luck by spreading my attention too thin—focus on one thing at a time.

Routines are sacred rituals that have been refined through trial and error to achieve optimal simplicity.

Greet others with my entire being.

My mental posture shapes my physical posture.

Silence. Moderation. Deep Focus.
