I felt great when I woke up this morning, but suddenly my energy dropped. I'll try to have a calm weekend.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the ideal version of myself in the future.
Good:
Yesterday, I suddenly got irritated and made a lot of mistakes, but today I realized that it was just a day to pass, so I didn’t do any additional work and spent the day calmly. I've learned that on such days, the most important thing is to spend time quietly because that, in itself, is wisdom.
Bad:
None.
Lesson:
People with troubled hearts often use the word "honesty" as an invincible shield to release their anger, hatred, and jealousy. Therefore, I’ve never met someone who truly lived up to being honest when they describe themselves as such. Most of them were hurting inside. The value of honesty is increasing day by day, but everyone uses the word "honesty" to hurt others while hiding their own wounds. Also, when they see kind people, they dismiss them as hypocrites, cowards, or even hiding their true selves. But is that really the case?
Kindness, on the other hand, is about being able to self-regulate messy feelings and smile with a strong attitude. It's not about hiding or smiling out of fear but being able to take responsibility for one's emotions and smile. - Happiness of Adults is Quiet by Tae-Soo

Today, I am genuinely thankful for being able to start the day healthy and refreshed, living a day filled with the things I want to do.

Today's Insight:
Today was a time to deeply reflect on the importance of my words. To speak carefully, beautifully, and lovingly, I need to cultivate my inner self to be like a beautiful and loving garden. I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. In order to consider how I will present myself in important moments, I must train and cultivate myself every day to become that person. I realized I might not have focused enough on this, and I made a resolution to strive to be pure and kind by nature.
I also learned that I need to increase my protein intake and that the magnesium amount I increased to 150mg yesterday made me sleep too deeply and had difficulty waking up. What I really need isn't more magnesium but more protein.
I have decided to stop fasting exercises and limit them to twice a week, and to eat a light meal in the morning. I will increase protein and carbohydrate intake.
I will avoid isolation exercises until Sunday.
I will always stay pure, never telling even the smallest lie, and always act with sincerity and kindness.

Calender, cleaning, laundry, assignment check, book draft (health, condition, diet), ChatGPT creation, rice portioning, laundry

For skin and overall condition, regular body massages and half-body baths must be maintained.
Detox day should be maintained at least once a week.
Exercise & Diet: Ultimate Goal:
30-minute dopamine spike = Fasting, high-weight muscle cardio + glute and hip stimulation / Added protein / Magnesium-100
Mastery:
A true master can remain calm in any situation, while an elite creates an environment where they can always stay relaxed.
Let’s focus on exercises for condition, not just for exercising sake.
