Sunday Training for Maintaining Emotional Stability (03/23/2025)

I had a great sleep, and I feel physically refreshed and emotionally stable.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the future version of myself that I admire.
Good:
Right now, due to hormonal fluctuations, I am in a sensitive phase, but I am aware of this fact. I recognize that the emotions I am experiencing are not my true thoughts but rather influenced by hormones, and I am navigating through them well. This process of awareness is crucial. By tomorrow, when my hormones stabilize, my emotions will naturally follow suit, and I will think, "Why was I feeling that way? But I managed to get through it well by understanding the cause." You’re doing great.
Bad:
I went to bed early last night and woke up at the same time as usual. However, since I got enough sleep, my condition feels great. Honestly, I’m not sure how to regulate this yet. For now, I will just let things flow naturally and observe.
� Today's Lesson:

� Today's Realization:
Although I am currently in a phase of hormonal fluctuations that make me emotionally sensitive, I recognize that this emotional instability is also a part of me, and I need to practice self-regulation. However, rather than forcibly suppressing or controlling my emotions, it is wiser to simply let them flow naturally and pass on their own.
That being said, expressing anger in the moment does not justify it. It is important to ensure that emotions do not dictate my behavior. Furthermore, creating an environment that prevents me from being easily swayed by emotions in the first place is the more fundamental solution.
I have noticed that taking a 30-minute break during my routine reduces efficiency. I will adjust it to better match my condition and productivity.
I must also be extra careful not to watch videos while lying down, as it negatively impacts my eye health.
There is no force stronger in this world than purity.
Even the smallest lies should never be told. Always remain pure, kind, and sincere.

Lower body (hip contraction) → Lower body (hip & hamstring stretch)
Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps)
Overall muscle & cardio with multi-joint exercises
A true expert remains composed in any situation.
An elite individual creates an environment where they can always remain composed.
I will exercise for my condition, not just for the sake of exercising.
