Saturday's Sleep Schedule Control (03/22/2025)
How do you feel today?
I'm struggling with insufficient sleep, but I'll try to calmly and mechanically follow my routine.
What would you like to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing being the person I admire in the future.
Good:
Staying up late and waking up late has caused my life to fall apart, and emotionally, I’ve become unstable. During vacation, I automatically stay up late, and when the night gets longer, I tend to fall into unnecessary thoughts. So, today, I’ll try to wake up early, even though I’ll be sleep-deprived, and make sure to go to bed early so that I can start tomorrow early.
Bad:
When the early morning stretches out, I get caught up in many thoughts. I tried to fall asleep quickly, but watching videos causes eye fatigue. I know it's important to reset my sleep pattern, so today, I'll make sure to sleep early.
Today's Lesson:
A person's character is always expressed through themselves. The most fleeting words, actions, and minor gestures convey their emotions, and their inner purpose shows through. Whatever you do reveals who you are. Even when you're still or sleeping, your essence is expressed.
A person is judged by their worth. What kind of person they are is engraved on their face, their gestures, and the possessions they have. Hiding or showing off does not help. Our gaze, smiles, greetings, and handshakes carry our confessions. Their mistakes cause them pain and take away a good impression. Though no one knows why, people do not trust them.
If you fear being known by others, you should not act that way.
“How can a person hide themselves? How can a person hide themselves?” - Ralph Waldo Emerson, The Law of Success
Gratitude Note:
I am truly grateful for being able to start the day healthy and refreshed, living a day filled with the things I desire to do.
Today's Joy:
Today's one thing: Sleep as early as possible.
Keyword: Life narrative = x career/marriage/age x = thoughts = reflection on life = improving thoughts = life exploration
Today's Realization:
The person who knows everything is themselves, and they dedicate themselves to the calmness that it brings and the noble goals it suggests. This is a stronger declaration than telling others about your actions, and it becomes a noble oath proving oneself.
Taking 30-minute breaks during my routine decreases efficiency, so I’ll adjust it to suit my condition and productivity.
Lying down while watching videos definitely negatively affects my eye condition, so I’ll be extra cautious.
Purety is the strongest force in the world.
Never tell even a small lie; always be pure, kind, and sincere.

Masters can handle any situation calmly, and elites create environments where they can always stay relaxed.
Let's do exercises for conditioning, not just for the sake of exercise.

This week's goal: Build the ability to train for a whole week without overtraining.
March goal: Spend at least one day at Four Seasons.
2025 goal: Be pure in soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, with dignity and sincerity like Irene; train personal growth, increase external activities, change time, people, and space, and become a billionaire.
Training:
Act as if I’ve already achieved it—today is a time to practice being my future self. Flow naturally like water.
The true art of love is not using techniques.
The true art of conversation is not using techniques.
What I see now, the thoughts I have now, determine who I am in the present.
If there is something I can’t enjoy, it’s a signal that something is going wrong.
The place I am in now is my future.
Focus on one thing to prevent my fortune from being scattered on useless matters.
Routine is a sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through old trial and error.
A greeting should be made with the whole body.
Mental posture is physical posture.
Silence, moderation, and immersion.
