I feel incredibly refreshed and great today as my condition is at its peak, and I’m overall efficient and productive. ✨
What would you like to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing being the person I admire in the future.
Good:
I didn’t overtrain yesterday and did just the right amount of exercise, so my condition is at its best today. ✨
Bad:
I absolutely cannot use my brain after 10 PM. Yesterday, I briefly went onto a search engine before bed. It affects my sleep, so I must be extra careful.

Today's Realization
The message from Immortal Wisdom teaches us to focus entirely on today’s life and not waste time worrying about tomorrow's problems. In this message, I’ve learned the value of living fully in the present. I often waste time worrying about things that haven’t happened yet, but the truth is, the only thing I should truly enjoy is this very moment. Just being able to relax in bed and rise at my own pace is something I should be grateful for.

Dopamine spike goal within 30 minutes: Fasted high-weight muscle cardio + Compound exercises
A master can remain calm in any situation, and an elite creates an environment where they can always remain calm.
Let's exercise not just for the sake of exercise, but to maintain good condition.
