Enjoying the Break on Monday (03/17/2025)
How do you feel today?
As soon as the break started, my body instinctively began sleeping in. I'll embrace this as part of the experience.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming my ideal future self.
Good:
Yesterday, I had a deep and sincere conversation with my mom through a heartfelt, long letter. I feel that we truly understood each other’s feelings, and I was able to express myself well.
"The closer the relationship, the more important courtesy is than love."
Bad:
None.
Lesson Learned:
To see what you desire, you must internalize it. You must believe in what you are striving to achieve; only then can it become reality. In other words, wealthy people follow the principle of "You see what you believe." The only difference between you and a billionaire is a wealthy mindset, and the foundation of that mindset is belief.
Everyone has something they love to do—something they would happily engage in without any monetary reward. You may be surprised to learn that this is exactly what wealthy people do.
— Bob Proctor
Gratitude Note:
I am sincerely grateful that I can start my day feeling healthy and refreshed, free of worries, and that I can fill my day with the things I truly want to do.
Today's Joy:
Today's One Thing: Work out as early as possible and sleep early.
Keywords: My journey = Others' journeys = Everyone doing their best = No need for judgment = Just support and acknowledgment.
Today’s Realization:
Books on wealth do not merely teach business success strategies; they emphasize that we see the world according to our beliefs, and that those beliefs and thoughts shape our lives.
They often depict self-made wealthy individuals as people who do what they genuinely love, pouring passion into their work. Instead of forcing themselves to do unnecessary things, they persist in what they truly desire, demonstrating consistency and dedication until success follows.
The key question is: Am I truly enjoying what I do? And am I maintaining consistency and sincerity in my efforts?
There may be moments of fear and doubt along the journey, but those who succeed have overcome these challenges, strengthening their belief and mental resilience over time.
Workout & Health Management:
Strength & Cardio Focus: Heavy-weight resistance training + glute activation.
Yesterday, I did pelvic correction Pilates for the first time in a while, and I noticed some soreness, suggesting that my body’s balance had been slightly off. I'll incorporate this into my routine daily.
Adjustments:
Stop fasted workouts as my stamina has declined—limit to twice a week.
Eat a light meal in the morning.
Increase protein and carbohydrate intake.
"There is no force in the world stronger than purity."
I will never tell even the smallest lie and will always remain pure, kind, and sincere.
Tasks: Calendar updates / Cleaning / Laundry
Condition & Physical Management:
Sleep: 9 hours (5-2 split)
Sleep Quality: High
Skin Condition: Good
Physical Strength: High
Emotional State: Good
Productivity: High
Efficiency: High
Creativity: High
To maintain good sleep quality, overall condition, and skin health:
Regular body massages and warm baths are essential.
Detox day must be maintained at least once a week.
Fitness & Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Complete within 30 minutes = Dopamine spike = Fasted heavy-weight resistance training + glute activation.
"Masters can handle any situation with composure, and elites create an environment where they can always remain composed."
I will exercise not just for the sake of working out but for conditioning my body optimally.
Personal Growth & Goals:
Weekly Goal: Train smart—avoid overtraining while maintaining a consistent workout routine throughout the week.
March Goal: Spend at least one day at the Four Seasons every week.
2025 Goal:
Train my character to become pure, kind, courteous, humble, calm, and graceful—growing into a sincere and authentic version of myself.
Increase external activities.
Change my use of time, social circles, and environment.
Become a billionaire.
Mindset & Practice:
"Act as if you have already achieved it—today is a time to practice becoming my future self."
Move naturally, like flowing water.
The true art of love is to act without pretense.
The true art of conversation is to speak without manipulation.
What I see and think right now determines who I am.
If I am not enjoying something, it’s a sign that something is off.
The place where I am right now is my future.
Focus on one thing to avoid dissipating my luck on unnecessary distractions.
Routine is a sacred act that refines simplicity through long trials and errors.
Greetings should be done wholeheartedly.
Posture reflects mindset.
Silence, balance, immersion.
