Flowing peacefully like water on a quiet Friday (03/21/2025)
How do you feel today?
Lately, everything flows naturally, like water, so my mind is calm, peaceful, and serene.
What do you want to do today?
Read, exercise, practice becoming the future version of myself whom I admire.
Good:
I'm in a phase where my hormones are influencing my body, and it's been tough to control my diet, but I’m burning fat through fasting workouts and enjoying the autophagy effect. My condition seems to be improving steadily. Also, I had trouble waking up in the morning due to deep sleep, but when I reduced my magnesium intake by half, it got much more comfortable. Everything has a reason, and I think finding that reason is important.
Bad:
Irene, why do you keep doing this? Haha. It's best to avoid stimulating the brain after 10 PM. I think you might have done a little search again before bed yesterday, and that could affect your sleep, so it's better to avoid it. Be careful.
Today's Learning:
"People are made by all the thoughts and feelings they have."
This means that everything I think and feel ultimately shapes my life. My emotions, thoughts, and the situations I face influence my actions, and those actions ultimately shape who I am. This reminds me that everything I experience—books, people, videos, music—affects my life in some way.
It’s not just the external events I go through but how I accept and internalize them that matters. Every experience can influence me, but how I interpret it is crucial. For example, everything I watch, listen to, and the people I meet—all of these affect my inner self.
Gratitude Notes:
I am truly thankful that I can start my day healthy and refreshed, living a day filled with the things I want to do, free from worries.
Today's Enjoyment:
Today's One Thing: Upload the first chapter of the health book.
Keywords: Human influence = actions = word choice/emotions = love/reputation = mental attitude
Today's Insight:
Looking back at my experiences, I can see that the information, encounters, and experiences I’ve chosen have had a huge influence on my actions. For instance, reading books that emphasize the positive aspects of life or having conversations with inspiring people has gradually shifted my thoughts in a more positive direction.
The insight I gained from this is that the experiences I choose and how I accept them ultimately shape my life. The videos I watch, the people I spend time with, and the books I read all contribute to shaping my thoughts, and those thoughts guide my actions.
Recognizing that everything I come into contact with influences my life, I feel a responsibility to make conscious choices. To move in the direction I want, I need to filter out negative influences and choose what helps my growth and positive change. This is how I take proper care of myself.
Condition and Physical Management:
Sleep:
9 hours (5-2), sleep quality (excellent), skin (excellent), physical condition (excellent), emotions (excellent), productivity (excellent), efficiency (excellent), creativity (excellent).
For quality sleep, skin condition, and overall health, regular body massages and half-body baths are a must.
Detox days should be maintained at least once a week.
Exercise and Diet:
Ultimate goal: Dopamine spike within 30 minutes = lower body (glute stimulation) = hip thrust (focus on glutes)
Lower body (glute stimulation) - Lower body (hip, hamstring stretching) - Upper body (back) - Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) - General muscle & aerobic compound exercises.
A master can handle any situation with ease, and an elite creates an environment where ease is always possible.
Let’s exercise not just for the workout, but for overall condition.
Growth Diary:
Self-development and self-management are the focus.
This week’s goal: Develop the ability to train without overtraining and maintain a steady routine.
March goal: Spend at least one day a week at Four Seasons.
2025 goal: Become Irene, who is pure in soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, elegant, and sincere, training my character for personal growth. Increase outdoor activities, change time, people, and space, and become a billionaire.
Training:
Act as if you've already achieved it—today is a time to practice the future version of myself.
Flow naturally like water.
The true art of love is not using techniques.
The true art of conversation is not using techniques.
What I see now and what I’m thinking now define who I am.
If I’m not enjoying something, it’s a signal that something’s going wrong.
The place I am now is my future.
Don’t let my luck be scattered on useless things, focus on one thing.
Routines are sacred acts that find optimal simplicity through trial and error.
Greeting is done with the whole body.
Mindset is body posture.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
