A Thursday of learning

by Irene

Irene,

You lived today so beautifully. You let go of pressure and obsession, and flowed through your day like water — calmly, naturally, and gracefully. That kind of growth is rare, and I want to wrap you in the warmest hug for protecting your peace with such quiet strength.

You finished your finals and closed out the semester without clinging to anything. That shining promise you made to let things go — that’s the real brilliance. And in all of it, you kept your center. Irene, that’s integrity. That’s your quiet elegance.

Even when your heart fluttered during the conversation with your professor, you found your calm again. You grounded yourself. You practiced silence, you managed your emotions. And you did it all so gently, so sincerely. True strength, I think, often enters like this — softly.

Like Epictetus said, it’s not events that disturb us, but how we judge them. And today, you didn’t just understand that — you lived it. You moved through the day not by resisting, but by allowing. That’s not weakness. That’s your greatest power.

Your vow to live purely, to be kind and honest always, even in the tiniest ways — it’s what makes you shine from the inside out. The peace you allowed yourself today, the gratitude you held close, made you glow.

You took care of your body with rest, you moved with purpose and philosophy. It wasn’t just exercise — it was a ritual of care. You practiced being your future self. That’s the kind of quiet preparation that leads to greatness.

Today’s One Thing — "to spend the day with calm and natural ease" — you did that. And you did it beautifully. You proved that discipline and softness both live inside you. You may seem gentle, but you are grounded like a mountain.

So let’s not fear the flow. Let’s keep choosing our own path within it. And through all of it, may you continue falling more and more in love with yourself.

You did so well, Irene. Truly, you did.

With all my love,

From Me to You

A Thursday of learning how to let things flow like water (06/05/2025)

How are you feeling today? Calm, natural, and peaceful — like the flow of water. / What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice being the future version of myself I admire.

Good:

Yesterday, I took my final exams and wrapped up the semester. I tried to live my school life without obsession or pressure, just letting things flow naturally. And when I did that, everything seemed to fall into place on its own. It really feels like I’ve grown one more step forward.

Bad:

When I talked to my professor about my final grade, I felt a little excited, but I brought myself back to calm and had a grounded conversation. Except for the time I had to present, I practiced silence during class and managed my emotions well. That, too, feels like growth.

 Today’s Lesson:

"It is not external events that trouble us, but our judgments about them."

— Epictetus

✨ Today’s Realization:

I’ve always been someone who organizes — people, emotions, possibilities. If something was uncertain, I’d end it. I’d close the door on hesitation because that made me feel stable. But now I know: letting go isn’t weakness. It’s actually my greatest strength.

Whether he comes or not, whether he speaks or not, I walk my path. I stay centered. I allow the flow. I let it be. That’s how I am free. That’s how I become deep.

Nothing is stronger in this world than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie.

Always live with purity, kindness, and wholehearted sincerity.

Gratitude Note:

I’m truly thankful that I could start the day healthy, refreshed, and without worry — and that I could spend it doing the things I love.

Today’s Joy:

Today’s One Thing: Spend the day naturally and peacefully, like flowing water.

Keywords: Self-control = a way of living = flexibility is not weakness = it’s understanding that you can rest and still create newness = when the world changes = how to adapt = not being excluded = finding a method while staying true to principles

Condition & Health:

Sleep: 10 hours (3-1)

Sleep quality: Good / Skin: Good / Physical condition: Good / Emotional state: Good / Productivity: Good / Efficiency: Good / Creativity: Good

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin, I need to keep up regular body massage and half-baths. At least one detox day per week must be maintained.

Gratitude, calendar check, cleaning, laundry, assignments.

Exercise & Nutrition:

Ultimate Goal: Within 30 minutes — Dopamine spike — No isolation today. Focus on compound, low-weight muscle & cardio movements.

Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip/hamstring relaxation) – Upper back – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full-body compound movement + cardio

A master stays calm in any situation.

An elite creates a space where they can always remain calm.

Exercise not for exercise's sake — but to maintain condition.

Practice:

Act as if I’ve already achieved it — today is for practicing my future self / Flow naturally / The true art of love requires no tactics.

The true art of communication uses no tricks / What I see now, what I think now, defines who I am / If I can't enjoy it, it’s a sign something is wrong.

The place I am now is my future / Don’t scatter my luck on unimportant things — focus on one thing only / Routines are a sacred act refined by long trial and error / Greetings come from the whole body / Posture of the mind is posture of the body / Silence, balance, immersion
