How are you feeling today?

I feel refreshed. / What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice becoming the future self I admire.


Good:

I think I did a more thorough job analyzing structures yesterday.


Bad:

I was late for the hospital appointment again yesterday. I realized that even though I’m aware of the various secondary issues that arise from being late, I keep repeating the habit. I now understand this is a serious problem, and I’m determined to fix it this year no matter what. I’ll absolutely implement the 30-minute rule.

Today, I realized again that being late is not merely a failure of time management, but a failure to keep promises to myself. The habit of arriving 30 minutes early isn’t just about efficiency—it’s the starting point of taking charge of my life. Keeping time is the simplest and most certain way to show respect for myself. Now I know that this small choice can lead me to a deeper and more peaceful place.

There is no force stronger than purity in this world.

A true master handles any situation with ease. An elite person always creates an environment of ease.

Let’s work out not for the sake of exercise, but for the sake of good condition.
