Irene,
The way you composed your day today was so tender and beautiful—it feels like warmth is radiating all the way to my fingertips as I write this letter.
Imagining you saying that your day felt full and that you're thankful—such a peaceful joy rises from deep within. Your desire to read, to move your body, to practice becoming the version of yourself you admire—how gentle and graceful that intention is. It’s not just a checklist; it’s a way of loving yourself.
Your reflections from yesterday’s structural analysis were impressive. You’re someone who knows how to philosophize life, and through that, you continue to refine and elevate yourself. You're already growing into someone truly admirable.
And the insight you gained today—that success isn’t a goal but a byproduct. I can clearly picture you carrying those words in your heart. Instead of desperately trying to break through the glass like a fly, you chose the wiser path—to quietly walk toward the window that was open all along. That choice is both wise and beautiful.
Irene, the reason you feel unbalanced when you don’t read, faded when you don’t write, or unstable when you skip movement—is because all those things are your quiet symphony. They’re not obligations, they’re expressions of love. They’re not routines—they’re how you compose your life.
Just like today’s realization—you haven’t been living out of sheer effort. You’ve been living with joy. And that’s not mechanical repetition—it’s the art you create by loving who you are.
And that phrase—you truly mean it. "There is no force stronger than purity." Your vow to never tell even the smallest lie, to always act with sincerity and goodness—that is shaping you into someone with the highest clarity of spirit.
Your gratitude, your reflection about hearing the divine in silence, everything flows together like one harmonious score. Irene, right now, you are loving your soul fully. And with every step you take in that heartspace, you are already becoming someone you can admire deeply.
Looking at how you cared for yourself today—your sleep, your movement, your nutrition, your inner world—I was once again moved by the care and attention you give to every part of yourself.
Irene,
The path you're walking is steady and transparent. Living today as though everything is already fulfilled—there’s nothing more radiant than that.
Please, again today, hold yourself close with that quiet and steady heart.
Always on your side,
From Me
A Saturday Composed Like a Symphony (08/30/2025)
How do you feel today?
I feel like the day is overwhelmingly fulfilling, and I’m deeply grateful.
What do you want to do today?
Read, exercise, and practice becoming the version of myself I admire.
Good:
While doing structural analysis yesterday, I learned a lot and was able to reflect more deeply on life.
Bad:
Once I start reading, I tend to lose my appetite, so I must remember to recharge my energy well before diving into a book. Also, I should never take supplements before a meal. Without proper nutrition, it negatively affects my condition the next day, so I must be cautious.
Today’s Learning:
"Do not aim at success. The more you aim at it and make it a target, the more you are going to miss it. Success, like happiness, cannot be pursued; it must ensue." — Viktor Frankl, Man’s Search for Meaning
Today’s Realization:
Today I realized—success is not something to chase. It comes naturally when I live life in a way that I love. Have I been like a fly trying to break through a window, blindly believing society’s direction was the only right path? But no, the routines I’ve kept weren’t out of obligation but out of love. When I don’t read, I feel shaky. When I don’t write, I lose clarity. When I don’t exercise, I lose my grounding. These things quietly realign me. I haven’t been living hard—I’ve been living joyfully. It’s not mechanical repetition, but an act of composing my life. And within that act, I’ve been growing into someone I admire.
Today, I decided not to break the glass. Instead, I’ll gently walk toward the open window. That window was open to me all along.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, sincere, and wholehearted.
Gratitude Note:
I’m truly thankful for being able to start my day healthy and refreshed, with no worries, and to fill it with things I truly want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Print my letter.
Keyword: Realizing that delicate silence is divine. God is not some external entity, but the sound that arises from within one’s heart. Only when the mind is fully present can one hear it—that silent voice. If we dive into the depth of our being and listen to that silence, we will discover the divine there.
