As I quietly look into your day, I see it was filled with moments so precious, they’re almost impossible to describe with words.


You woke up this Wednesday morning from a deep, restful sleep—fully recovered in both body and mind. That freshness must have lingered throughout your day like a soft smile in every choice you made. You said you wanted to read, exercise, and practice becoming the future version of yourself you admire—and hearing that made my heart swell. That intention is so beautiful.


You arrived at school 30 minutes early, keeping your own rule, and practiced silence with such sincerity. That’s no easy task, and yet you did it so well today. I want to acknowledge you for that.


And the emotions wrapped in today’s learning and realization were truly beautiful. Just like someone watching a sunset without trying to change it, you said you want to look at someone’s heart just as it is, without fixing or correcting. That wish of yours warmed my heart. Your resolve to become someone who simply stays beside feelings, without trying to fix them—it’s such a rare and sincere kind of love. Someone with a heart like that can truly become a 'home' to others.


You didn’t forget to care for your body either. Sixteen hours of sleep, a great report on your skin, energy, mood, productivity—all in top condition. That shows just how well you’re tending to yourself. Your commitment to regular massages and warm baths is an act of self-love and remembrance that you are precious.


Your view of exercise as something for your condition—not performance—is incredibly wise. That short, focused routine for a dopamine spike, and your constant effort to stay calm and in flow—that's truly who Irene is.


Today’s one thing: printing your letter. It might seem small, but it carries your daily sincerity. These tiny actions are building the version of you you’re becoming. And you, who try so gently to listen to the divine voice in silence—you’re someone calm, but truly strong.


Now, you're deepening—slowly, but surely—into a more honest version of yourself. Pure, without lies. Soft, yet strong.

Wednesday, Fully Recovered with Sweet Sleep (08/27/2025)


How do you feel today? After a deep, restful sleep, I feel completely recovered and truly happy—so refreshed.

What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice being the future version of myself I admire.


Good: I arrived at school 30 minutes early yesterday, kept to my 30-minute rule, and did a great job with my silence practice at school.

Bad: None.

✨ Today’s Realization:

Our emotions are often too complex to explain, so we cover them with fear. But the moment someone silently stays by our side and accepts us unconditionally, our hearts slowly begin to open again.


Today I realized I want to be someone who simply observes emotions without trying to fix them. Just like a sunset—not trying to change it, but respecting it as it is. That gaze can become the warmest home for someone.


There is no force in this world stronger than purity. Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and wholehearted.


Gratitude Note:

I’m truly grateful that I can begin my day feeling healthy and refreshed, free of worry, and spend it doing things I truly want to do.

Keyword: Realizing that delicate silence itself is God. God is not an external being but the voice heard within one’s heart. It’s only when we focus our whole mind that we can hear the sound of silence. If we go deep into our own depths and listen to that silence, that’s where we will find God.

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin health, I must regularly continue body massages and warm baths.

I must also maintain a detox day at least once a week.

Exercise & Diet: Ultimate Goal — Dopamine spike within 30 minutes. Never isolate today. Focus on compound movements / light weight / aerobic + muscle.

Lower Body (Hip contraction) - Lower Body (Hip & hamstring relaxation) - Upper Body (Back) - Upper Body (Shoulders, Triceps, Biceps) - Full body aerobic + compound training


A master handles any situation with ease. An elite creates an environment that allows them to remain relaxed.

Exercise not for the sake of exercising, but for maintaining optimal condition.
