순수가 땅에 떨어진 시대에도

Even in an age when purity has fallen to the ground,

리더는 말 대신 침묵을 심는다.

The leader plants silence instead of words.

말의 씨앗이 다시 꽃피길 바라며.

He hopes the seeds of speech will bloom again.

리더십은 높이 앉는 자리에 있지 않다,

Leadership is not found in lofty seats.

먼저 앉지 않고 뒤에 남는 용기,

It is the courage to stay behind, not to sit first.

그곳에서 인간의 온도를 지키는 일.

There, one keeps the warmth of humanity.

리더십은 권력이 아니다, 등불이다.

Leadership is not power, but a lamp.

어둠의 길에서 글 한 줄로 이끈다.

It guides the dark path with a single line of writing.

참된 리더십은 양심의 호흡이다.

True leadership is the breath of conscience.
