하루살이와 불빛
메신저로 연락이 온 사람과 원나잇을 하게 됐다.
퇴근 후 집을 대충 정리하니 벨이 울렸다.
그 사람은 어색하게 웃으며 내 집에 들어와서는 물끄러미 책장을 바라봤다.
책이 많네요.
소설도 있고 시집도 있고 그림책도 있고..
어떤 일 하시는 분인지 감이 잘 안오네요.
글도 쓰고 그림도 그리고 그러고있어요.
어떤 일 하세요? 프리랜서이신 것 같은데.
글로 벌어먹고 살고는 있어요.
굳이 필요없는 대화들을 하며 침대에 나란히 앉았다.
옷을 하나씩 벗어던지고 누웠다.
대화없는 시간이 얼마나 지났을까,
그 사람이 침대 옆 테이블 있는 이병률시인의 시집을 보더니 말했다.
시 좋아하시나봐요.
최근들어 읽기 시작했어요.
혹시 시 쓰세요?
전 압축하는건 영 젬병이라.
그냥 늘어놓는 것에만 재주가 있어요.
그러다 시집과 소설 몇 권을 추천받고는
분위기 탓인지 잘 안돼 그냥 옆에 누웠다.
그렇게 오랫동안 이야기만 했다.
이렇게 원나잇 하러 와서 이야기만 하다 간 적이 있었냐 물으니
몇 번 있었다고 한다.
목소리도 좋고 달변가라 그럴수도 있겠다 생각했다.
가장 최근 연애가 언제인지 물으니,
1년쯤 만난 애인과 지금 오픈 릴레이션십중이라고 한다.
가만히 내 음악을 듣다가,
내 플레이리스트가 전부 다 맘에 든단다.
영화도 책도, 음악도 취향이 너무 비슷해 서로 맞장구도 열심히 쳤다.
김사월 이야기를 하다가 그 사람이 갑자기 <접속> 후렴구를 흥얼거린다.
'내 못난 마음 꿈에서는 다 용서해 주세요

아, 이런 연애를 한 번은 해 봐야 하는데.
그렇게 반 알몸으로 누워 내 플레이리스트를 들었다.
이렇게 아무 일 없이 노래만 들었던 적도 엄청 오랜만이구나.
Breakbot의 음악이 흘러나오자 갑자기 나에게 말한다.
이 노래 제목이 뭐에요? 엄청 좋은데.
어 뭐였더라.
