하나님은 이스라엘 사람들이 하나님의 놀라운 도우심들을 축하하고 기억하기를 원했어요.
이스라엘 사람들은 *초막절을 기념합니다.
이스라엘 사람들은 나뭇가지로 텐트(초막집)를 만들어 기념했어요.
아이들과 어른들 모두 즐거워했어요.
사람들은 하나님의 계획에 따랐습니다.
그들은 텐트에서 야영 생활을 했어요.
그들은 하나님의 모든 도우심에 대해 기억하고 이야기했습니다.
사람들은 하나님께 감사하고 노래를 불렀으며 맛있는 음식도 먹었답니다.
God wanted the Israelites to celebrate and remember the wonderful ways He helped them.
The Israelites have a celebration called the Feast of Tabernacles.
The Israelites celebrated by making tents out of tree branches.
It was great fun for the children and the grown-ups.
The people did as God planned.
They camped in their tents.
They remembered and talked about all the ways God had helped them.
The people thanked God, sang songs, and ate wonderful food!
<레위기 23>
*초막절(The Feast of Tabernacles)은 풀로 집을 짓는 것을 기념한다는 의미로, 광야 생활을 기억하고 풍성한 수확을 하나님께 감사하는 이스라엘 절기다.
