모세가 하나님 보기를 원하다

하나님은 그를 믿는 사람들이 하나님을 찾을 때 그들에게 말씀하십니다.
이스라엘 사람에게 힘든 일이 생기면 모세는 하나님을 만나러 '미팅 텐트'에 가곤 했습니다.
그러면 커다랗고 밝은 구름이 텐트 문 앞에 떠 있곤 했어요.
모세는 하나님의 모습을 보여달라고 청했어요. "주님, 당신의 영광을 보여 주세요."
하나님이 말씀하셨어요. "너는 나의 얼굴을 볼 수 없다. 나를 본 그 누구도 살 수 없다."
하나님이 다시 말씀하셨어요. "너는 나의 뒷모습을 볼 수 있을 뿐, 나의 얼굴은 볼 수 없을 것이다."
모세는 산에 올라갔어요.
하나님이 모세를 바위틈에 서게 하셨어요.
모세는 하나님의 이름을 직접 말하는 하나님의 목소리를 들었고, 하나님이 그를 지나칠 때 하나님의 등을 보았어요.
하나님이 십계명을 말씀하셨고, 십계명은 사람들이 읽을 수 있도록 돌판에 기록되었습니다.
모세가 산에서 내려왔을 때, 사람들은 그의 얼굴이 빛나는 것을 보고 그가 하나님을 만난 것을 알았습니다.
God speaks to His people when they come to Him.
Whenever a person in the camp had a problem, Moses would go to a 'meeting tent' to meet with God.
Then a huge bright cloud would float down to the tent door.
Moses asked to see God. Moses said, "God, please, let me see how great you are."
The Lord answered, "You cannot see my face, because no one can see me and live."
But the Lord added, "You will see my back, but you cannot see my face."
Moses climbed up the mountain.
God put Moses in the cracked opening in the rock.
Moses heard the name of God spoken with God's own voice and saw God's back as God went past him.
Then God spoke the ten Commandments and once again the ten Commandments were written on pieces of stone for the people to read.
When Moses came down from the mountain, the people knew he had been with God because his face shown.
