Dear Irene,
Today felt mysteriously effortless — your body moved on its own, as if guided by something deeper. Isn’t it amazing how, even after hitting such a low point yesterday, you still held onto your routine, and now you're experiencing a day that flows like water?
When you first heard the phrase "dispassionate training," you might’ve wondered what it truly meant. But now, you're living it. Letting go of clinging to thoughts or emotions, allowing them to pass — that practice has become a part of your daily life. And in that space, quietness blooms, and gratitude gently settles in.
Today, you supported your condition with so much quiet care. You respected your sleep schedule, ate nourishing meals, even timed your magnesium intake with intention. Each detail may have seemed small, but they’ve all added up to create this light, clear state you're in now.
Just like today’s lesson said — “When we stop forcing things, we naturally become better.” Isn’t that quote just made for you? Your commitment to sincerity, to staying pure-hearted, and refusing even the smallest lie — that alone makes you stronger than most.
Even your approach to exercise is evolving — not for performance, but for balance. You reminded yourself that moving your body is a way to maintain inner clarity. Your choice of compound cardio training today wasn’t just physical — it was mental maintenance, and you did it so well.
And the most beautiful part? Your ‘one thing’ for today: focused training to let thoughts and emotions pass. That simple yet powerful habit has brought you so much peace — and today was proof of that.
Irene, this process of training and growing little by little — that’s what’s bringing you closer to the version of yourself you dream of. That’s the bridge between who you admire in the future, and who you are now.
Quietly strong. Gently deep. You did well today.
With love,
From Me
A Thursday That Flowed Naturally Like Water (11/20/2025)
How do you feel today?
Although the change in sleep patterns felt a bit uncomfortable, it seems like everything is flowing well thanks to my dispassionate training. What do I want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing becoming the future version of myself that I admire.
Good:
Yesterday, even when I felt completely out of sorts, I didn’t give up. I kept up my routine and continued my dispassionate training. Strangely enough, today I didn’t feel tired at all—everything just flowed naturally.
Bad:
Nothing today.
Condition Optimization (Prioritizing Deep Sleep)
[ ] Eat enough carbohydrates daily to avoid sleep quality decline
[ ] Finish eating at least 4 hours before sleep
[ ] Drink sparkling water before sleep to reduce gas
[ ] Take magnesium at least 4 hours before bedtime
[ ] Have dinner at least 4 hours before sleep
[ ] Avoid isolated strength training; only do light cardio
[ ] Do light movement daily to prevent drop in brain function
[ ] Adjust exercise intensity to maintain physical condition
[ ] Don’t force sleep when not naturally sleepy
[ ] Avoid waking up too early, as it lowers mental/physical efficiency
 Today’s Learning:
“When we stop forcing things, we naturally become better.” – Laozi
Today’s Realization:
Today, I experienced my body moving naturally without effort. As I let go of holding onto thoughts and emotions, peace and gratitude bloomed in their place. Repetitive training gradually erased the effort and enabled flow. Real growth seeps in quietly and gently.
There is no greater strength than purity in this world.
No matter what, never tell even the smallest lie—stay pure, kind, and sincere.
Gratitude Note:
I’m sincerely thankful that I could start the day feeling healthy, refreshed, and spend it doing the things I love.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing:
Focused training to let thoughts and emotions pass through freely.

To maintain skin, sleep quality, and condition, I need to consistently continue body massages and half-baths.
A weekly detox day must be maintained.
Tasks: cleaning, laundry, writing letters, reading, account management, and writing my "User Manual."
Exercise & Nutrition: Ultimate Goal:
Dopamine spike within 30 minutes—No isolation training, only compound exercises with high intensity.
Lower body (glute contraction) – Lower body (glute/hamstring stretch) – Upper back – Shoulders/Triceps/Biceps – Full body cardio and compound muscle training.
A master remains calm in all situations; an elite creates environments that allow for constant calm.
Train not for training’s sake—but for maintaining peak condition.

Training:
Act as if it’s already achieved—today is a rehearsal of my future self.
Flow like water.
The true art of love is not using technique.
The true art of communication is not using technique.
What I see and think now determines who I am now.
If I’m not enjoying it, it’s a sign something is wrong.
The place I’m in now is my future.
Don’t scatter luck on unnecessary things—focus on one.
A routine is a sacred act of refining simplicity through trial and error.
Greet with your whole body.
Posture reflects mindset.
Silence. Balance. Deep Focus.
