After a deep sleep, I feel refreshed and in good condition.

Good:
I'm so thankful, fulfilled, and happy because I feel like I've finally discovered the root cause of a fundamental issue in my life and gained wisdom on how to overcome it.

None.

We do not see things as they are, but rather we see our interpretation of them.
✨ Today's Realization:
We do not see objects as they truly are, but rather interpret them through our own lens, and we emotionally respond to those interpretations. Each of us interprets things based on our experiences and emotions, and our reactions follow those interpretations. Wittgenstein believed that in order to solve a problem, we must first examine how we perceive it.
A problem in front of us is a signal to think more deeply. Do not avoid the problem—walk in the direction it points to. In order to go deeper, question the obvious. Change the direction of your inquiry. Narrow your questions and don’t rush to find the answers. Ask deep questions. Change begins with unfamiliarity. Just like looking up at the sky while walking the same path, change starts when we question things differently. We can't eliminate the pain in the world, but we can change how we face it. Awakening comes from not avoiding life’s pain, but understanding what truly matters.
There is no strength greater than purity.
