A Thursday of Another Step Forward (05/22/2025)


How are you feeling today? I feel refreshed — both my condition is good and I feel like I'm finding the answers. What do I want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the version of myself I admire in the future.


Good:

Yesterday, I was momentarily swept up in emotion, tempted by the familiar urge to avoid and escape. But I took a step back and waited until reason returned. That’s how I grow — slowly, steadily.


Bad:

I had been doing well with silence training at school, but yesterday I was completely caught up in the atmosphere. I must regain my focus and stay committed to silence training.


� Today’s Learning:

"Place a seal that says 'Divinity (神性)' on a person's forehead."


✨ Today’s Realization:

'神性 (Divinity)' refers to god-like nature — noble, pure, and wise traits that reflect the sacred essence within humans. Often used in religious or philosophical contexts, it symbolizes the goodness, love, and insight that can accumulate within. This expression is metaphorical: when a person gathers enough goodwill and insight, they gradually become a being of sacred nature — and that inner transformation eventually reveals itself outwardly, as if a divine mark appears on the forehead.


There is no force in this world stronger than purity.

Never lie — not even a small one. Always be sincere, kind, and pure.
