A Sunday Embraced with Gratitude (08/10/2025)


How do you feel today? After a deep, sweet sleep, I woke up feeling so refreshed and happy. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing being the future self I admire.


Good: I devoted the whole day yesterday to resting well, and the moment I opened my eyes this morning, I felt so refreshed and happy. I am spending today with a heart full of gratitude.

Bad: None


� Today’s Lesson:

“The best way to predict your future is to create it.” — Abraham Maslow


✨ Today’s Realization:

As Maslow said, how you spend a day is an act of designing your future. Yesterday’s preparation, this morning’s mindset, and today’s choices come together to shape the future I desire. If I let a day slip away carelessly, my future is left to chance. But if I greet each day like an honored guest and fill it with care, my future becomes a masterpiece of my own making. A day is not just given time — it is the smallest, most certain unit with which I can carve my future.


There is no force in the world stronger than purity. Never tell even the smallest lie, and always act with purity, kindness, and sincerity.


Gratitude Note:

I am sincerely thankful that I can start the day healthy and refreshed, free of worries, and live a day filled with the things I want to do.


Today’s Joy:

Today’s one thing: Printing letters

Keywords: Simplicity is not lacking, nor is it clumsy. It is the almost perfect state reached after long practice, a state where nothing more is desired. Life is the process of creating simplicity — the optimal state for living. Do not make things unnecessarily complicated.


Condition & Physical Care:

Sleep: 9 hours (10 PM–7 AM)

Quality of sleep (High), Skin (High), Strength (High), Emotions (High), Productivity (High), Efficiency (High), Creativity (High)

To maintain good sleep, condition, and skin, I must continue regular body massages and half baths.

Detox day at least once a week is essential.

Tasks: Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Letters / Reading = Sleep / Resonance letters / Market / Printing / Monday


Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate goal: Within 30 minutes — dopamine spike — never isolate myself today, focusing on compound, heavy, multi-joint strength and cardio exercises.

Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip, hamstring extension) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Overall multi-joint strength & cardio.

A master can handle any situation with composure, and an elite creates an environment to always be at ease.

Exercise for condition, not just for exercise.
