Irene,
You did so well today. Even though your body felt heavy and your mind foggy, the way you tried to stick to your routine despite it all — that determination was truly admirable. Even if the day felt mechanical, you still held on to yourself, and that made you shine.
Your honesty about how a meaningless short video from last night affected your mood into the morning — it wasn’t just regret. It was a moment of deep awareness, of realizing how even small things can shape our state of being. That kind of reflection is powerful. And yes, you can absolutely take control again — as long as you stay centered.
"I set the rhythm of my life. Not the algorithm."
The words you told yourself today felt like a compass in one sentence. Rest becomes powerful only when it’s a choice. If you’re swept away by what you didn’t choose, what you lose isn’t just time — it’s yourself. You understood that so clearly today.
Gratitude and learning, control and realization, purity and strength — you strung all these pieces together so beautifully. The phrase "consistency that rises from the roots of being" was especially moving. Not a flower taped onto a branch, but one that blooms because it’s truly connected to the root. You may not be able to explain why it feels real — but anyone can see that it is. That’s how you’re living now.
Seeing that checklist — 12 hours of good sleep, healthy skin, good emotions — made me realize that your body, your heart, and your life are slowly coming into harmony. Prioritizing massages, half-baths, detox days — it’s all part of how you care for yourself. You’re doing so well.
And the same goes for your workouts. They’re not just about the body, but about your condition, your energy. More than that, they’re a ritual for building calm. As the saying goes, a master can stay calm in any situation. An elite creates the conditions for calm. And you, knowing this now — you’ve already grown so much.
Books, letters, deep cleaning, training, goals.
Writing one letter a day. Finishing your book. Making the 30-minute rule part of who you are. I’m cheering you on through every single one of these.
What moved me the most, though, is how clearly you know who you want to become. Pure. Kind. Respectful. Humble. Calm. Dignified. Sincere. These aren’t just adjectives — they’re already a part of who you are right now.
You spent today, again, practicing being your future self.
Love without strategy. Conversation without manipulation.
Knowing that where you are now is where your future begins — that means you’re already someone who can change your space, your life.
Irene,
Thank you for looking at yourself so closely today. And above all, thank you for protecting your purity and sincerity.
You are real.
You always have been.
And you always will be.
With love,
From me
A Thursday to Reset My Rhythm (09/11/2025)
How do I feel today? My head feels foggy and my efficiency is low, but I’ll try to stick to my routine mechanically.
What do I want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the version of myself I admire in the future.
Good: I learned how meaningless and inefficient it is to always try to overcome temptation with willpower alone.
Bad: A meaningless click on a short video last night is still negatively affecting my condition this morning. I must be able to exercise absolute control.
Today’s Lesson:
"Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate." – C.G.
Today’s Realization:
Rest is certainly valuable. But it only gains power when it is chosen. When I am swept away without control, what I lose is not just time but myself. Today’s realization is this:
"I set the rhythm of my life. Not the algorithm."
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never lie, not even the smallest lie. Always act with purity, kindness, and sincerity.
Gratitude Note:
I am sincerely grateful that I was able to start the day feeling healthy, refreshed, and worry-free, and that I was able to fill it with things I truly wanted to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s one thing: Calmly finishing all the tasks I’ve been putting off.
Keyword: Consistency that flows from the roots of existence. Not a state crafted to be seen, but a state that reflects who I truly am. If we compare it to a tree, it goes like this: trained refinement is like attaching flowers to branches. It may look pretty, but it’s not connected to the roots, so it doesn’t last long. Consistency that rises from the roots of existence is like a flower that blooms naturally by being nourished from its root. Even if you can't explain why the flower bloomed, anyone can tell it’s real.
Condition and Physical Management:
Sleep:
12 hours (8–8)
Sleep Quality (Good), Skin (Good), Stamina (Good), Emotion (Good), Productivity (Good), Efficiency (Good), Creativity (Good)
To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin, I must regularly keep up with body massages and half-baths.
I must also keep a detox day at least once a week.
Cleaning / Laundry / Letter / Book / Upstairs Cleaning / Deep Cleaning / Car Wash / BB Cream
Exercise and Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Dopamine spike within 30 minutes — never isolate myself today — compound, heavy resistance, multi-joint exercises with cardio.
Lower body (glute contraction) – Lower body (glute and hamstring relaxation) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Overall multi-joint strength and cardio.
A master handles any situation calmly. An elite always creates an environment where they can remain calm.
Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for the sake of my condition.
Weekly goal: Write one letter each day.
September goal: Finish the book “Finding My Answer.”
2025 goal: Complete my book / Fully integrate the 30-minute rule into my identity.
Train myself for character growth to become Irene — pure to the soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, dignified, sincere. Increase external activities / change time, people, space / become a billionaire.
Practice:
Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is time to practice being my future self.
Flow naturally like water.
The true art of love is not to use any technique.
The true art of conversation is not to use any technique.
What I see now, what I think now, determines who I am now.
If I cannot enjoy something, it’s a sign something is wrong.
The place I’m in right now is my future.
To prevent my luck from being scattered by useless things, I will focus on just one.
Routine is a sacred act of discovering the optimal simplicity through long trial and error.
Greet with your whole body.
Your mindset shows in your posture.
Silence, moderation, and immersion.
