Dear Irene,
Today unfolded so quietly, didn’t it? A Monday that marks the end of the semester — even just saying that shows how far you’ve come. The fact that you feel calm and peaceful today means so much. That calmness itself is a sign that your life is flowing just right.
Looking back on this semester, what you said — "I’ve grown so much" — stayed with me. Even with the final project still ahead, your voice was filled with confidence that you’ll finish it well. That belief in yourself, Irene, is already something to be proud of.
Your day was filled with beautiful insight — especially about letting go. Like Hans Hofmann once said, real simplicity allows what truly matters to speak. You’re not focused on doing more, but on subtracting what doesn’t serve you — and that’s such a wise way to live.
And your realization today was powerful:
A life that avoids what you don’t want is stronger and deeper than a life chasing what you do want. Setting those boundaries doesn’t mean losing yourself — it means protecting your truest self. Choosing the freedom *not* to do, again and again, is such a beautiful act of self-trust.
And your vow to protect your purity — never lying, not even a little, always being kind, honest, and sincere — reminded me again: nothing is stronger than a pure heart.
Irene, you’re blooming now — not with decoration or performance, but with something that grows straight from your roots. You're not trying to look real. You just are. And even if no one can explain exactly why, they’ll feel it. They’ll know: "She’s the real thing."
I loved the way you began your day with gratitude. That gentle appreciation for health, for peace, for doing what you love — it’s so warm and true. These small thank-yous are quietly shaping a life that’s strong and full.
Your routines — good sleep, taking care of your skin, body massage, workouts — they’re not just tasks. They’re acts of devotion to your well-being. That moved me so much. You’re doing so well, Irene.
And what touched me most today? Your dedication to becoming your future self. Acting as if you’ve already arrived. Knowing that your space and your thoughts are building the person you’re becoming. That’s the kind of presence that changes everything.
So tonight, finish your final project gently. Close the day with quiet joy.
Every small choice is shaping you — into someone truly remarkable.
With love and deep belief in you,
—Me
A Calm Monday to Close the Semester (09/08/2025)
How are you feeling today? Calm and peaceful.
What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice being the admired version of my future self.
Good:
Overall, this semester has come to its final stage, with only one last project for finals. If I can finish it well today, it’ll be a perfect wrap. This semester was truly one of deep growth.
Bad:
None.
 Today’s Learning:
"The ability to simplify means to eliminate the unnecessary so that the necessary may speak."
— Hans Hofmann
The real question we must ask ourselves every day isn’t what more we should do, but what we can remove so our true selves can emerge. What do I need to subtract to live a life that’s truly mine?
✨ Today’s Realization:
A life centered on avoiding what I don’t want to do is deeper and more resilient than a life chasing what I do want. When I set boundaries, I don’t lose myself—I live as my truest self.
Today again, I choose the freedom not to.
There is no greater strength in this world than purity.
Never lie, not even a small one.
Always be pure, kind, sincere, and wholehearted.
Gratitude Note:
I am truly grateful to start the day with no worries, feeling healthy and refreshed, and to live a day filled with what I truly desire.
Today’s Joy:
One Thing Today: Finish the final project well.
Keyword:
Consistency that flows from the root of existence. Not a state crafted to be seen, but a state that is simply who I am.
Let me explain it through a tree:
Artificial refinement is like attaching flowers to branches—they may look nice, but without connection to the roots, they won’t last long.
Consistency from the root is like a flower that naturally blooms, fed by the roots.
You can’t always explain why that flower blooms, but anyone can feel that it’s real.
Condition & Physical Care:
Sleep: 8 hours (8–8)
Sleep Quality (High) / Skin (Good) / Physical Strength (Good) / Emotions (Stable) / Productivity (High) / Efficiency (High) / Creativity (High)
To maintain good skin and condition, body massage and half-body baths must be continued regularly.
Maintain a detox day at least once a week.
Cleaning / Laundry / Write 2 letters / Study for exams
Workout & Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Trigger a dopamine spike within 30 minutes
— No isolation today. Focus on compound, high-weight, multi-joint aerobic + muscle training.
Lower body (glute contraction) → Lower body (glute & hamstring stretch) → Upper back → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Full body compound workouts.
A master stays calm in any situation.
An elite creates an environment where calm is always possible.
Don’t work out just for the sake of it. Do it to enhance your condition.

Train character to become someone who is pure to the soul—kind, polite, humble, calm, and dignified with sincere authenticity like Irene. Increase external activities. Change your time, people, and environment. Become a billionaire.
Practice:
Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is a rehearsal for your future self.
Flow like water.
The art of true love is not using techniques.
The art of real conversation is not using techniques.
What I see now, what I think now — this shapes who I am in the present.
If I’m not enjoying it, it’s a sign something is wrong.
Where I am now is my future.
Don’t scatter my luck on unnecessary things. Focus on one.
A routine is a sacred act of simplicity, refined through years of trial and error.
Greet with your whole body.
Your mental posture is your physical posture.
Silence. Balance. Immersion.
