Finding My Answer on a Sun

by Irene

Irene,

Thank you for ending today with such tenderness. Your intention to remain emotionally calm truly shines through. The things you wanted to do today—reading, working out, and practicing becoming the future version of yourself you admire—each one a step toward deeper growth.

You said you completed all the tasks you had postponed yesterday, all at once. That’s incredible. You deserve to hold yourself in a big, warm embrace. Because of your focus and effort then, today you were allowed to soften. I see your heart trying to balance the intensity with compassion. It’s beautiful.

“Real wealth is made of things you can hold joyfully without ever needing to show anyone.” Isn’t that such a beautiful quote? Today, you were reminded of what you *truly* love. That real joy isn’t reactive or comparative—it quietly smiles from the heart. And that smile? That’s your compass.

I read your promise—to protect your purity. To never lie, not even the smallest one. To always act with goodness and sincerity. That takes courage, Irene. Not many walk that path. But you are.

Through today’s gratitude letter, you returned to love and warmth. That consistency rooted in your being—it’s who you are. You don’t have to pretend. You already are that kind of beautiful person.

I’m glad to hear you slept well. That you’re keeping your promise to care for your body with massage, detox baths, and gentle rituals. Your hands are learning how to love yourself.

And your mindset toward movement—it’s not just exercise, it’s your devotion to your condition and well-being. You’re evolving. Refining your routines, shaping a life with quiet intention. That alone is worthy of deep admiration.

Your weekly letter goal, your book project for September, and your 2025 vision—all of them are born from your truth. As long as you carry that truth close, you’ll never lose your way, no matter where you are.

Today's practice of rehearsing your future self, your flow like water, your silent vows to live with grace—they’re not wishes. They’re already alive in you.

So let me say it again, today:

Irene, you're doing so well. I’m truly thankful for the way you live with sincerity. Tomorrow, and every day after—I’ll be here, loving you, cheering for you.

Always on your side,

From Irene

Finding My Answer on a Sunday (09/07/2025)

How are you feeling today? I'm trying to stay calm and steady in my emotions. What do you want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing being the future version of myself I admire.

Good: Yesterday, with incredible focus, I completed all the tasks I had been putting off. I realized that intentionally taking Saturdays off from working out and instead planning for a productive day might be a good long-term strategy.

Bad: None.

 Today's Learning:

"Real wealth is made of things you can hold joyfully without ever needing to show anyone." – Nazim Hikmet

✨ Today's Realization:

Today I learned how easily I can fool myself into thinking I like something just because it’s socially accepted or seen by others. True passion is quiet and long-lasting. It doesn't crave reaction or comparison. It simply appears when my heart smiles first—and that’s the direction I should walk towards.

There is no power in this world stronger than purity.

Never lie, not even a small one. Always stay pure, kind, and wholehearted.

Gratitude Note:

Thank you sincerely for being able to start the day healthy, fresh, and without worry, and for living a day filled with things I truly want to do.

Today's Joy:

Today's One Thing: Writing a gratitude letter

Keyword: Consistency that flows from the roots of existence. Not a state created to be seen, but a state that naturally is. Imagine a tree: artificial refinement is like taping a flower onto a branch—it may look pretty but has no connection to the roots and won’t last long. True consistency is like a flower that blooms from the nourishment of deep roots. You can’t always explain why it blooms, but everyone can tell it’s real.

Condition & Physical Care:

Sleep:

8 hours (8pm–8am)

Sleep Quality: High

Skin: Good

Stamina: High

Mood: Balanced

Productivity: High

Efficiency: High

Creativity: High

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin, I must regularly continue body massages and half-baths.

Detox day at least once a week is essential.

Tasks: Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Letters / Reading / Account management / Detergent return / Nails / Amazon return check

Workout & Diet:

Ultimate goal: Dopamine spike within 30 minutes. No isolation. Multi-joint & high-load compound exercises.

Lower body (glute contraction) – Lower body (hip, hamstring stretch) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Overall muscular & cardio compound exercises

A master handles everything with ease. An elite creates an environment where calm is the default.

Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for condition.

* Weekly goal: Write one letter per day

* September goal: Finish the “Finding My Answer” book

* 2025 goal: Finish the book / Make the 30-Minute Rule part of my identity

Train my character to become a pure, kind, polite, humble, calm, and dignified Irene with sincerity and authenticity / Increase social activities / Change time, people, and space / Become a billionaire

Practice:

Act as if it’s already done—today is rehearsal for the future me

Flow naturally like water

The true skill of love is to not use technique

The true skill of conversation is also to not use technique

What I see and think now determines who I am

If I can’t enjoy it, it’s a sign something’s wrong

Where I am now is where my future is

Do not scatter my luck into meaningless things—focus only on one

Routines are a sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through trial and error

Greetings come from the whole body

Posture of heart equals posture of body

Silence, moderation, immersion
