A Friday Filled with What I Love (09/05/2025)
How do you feel today? Happy / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercising, practicing becoming the future version of myself that I admire
Good: I feel like I’m getting deeper, more professional, and more detailed in analyzing fundamental and essential structures. I’m doing well.
Bad: Would it be okay to go back to writing one letter a day? I’ve been putting it off because of structure analysis, but today, I’ll try writing the letter first after my workout and before diving into analysis.

✨ Today’s Insight:
We often believe we can only be happy once we reach the future. But what truly matters is how we live today, with what kind of awareness. Even big decisions like success happen within the space of 'now.' If I’m doing something I love today, with the freedom, time, and health to enjoy it — then I’m already living my dream. Happiness isn’t ahead. It’s right here.
There’s no greater power in the world than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always stay pure, kind, and wholehearted.

Today’s One Thing: Writing a letter
Keyword: Consistency that flows from the root of my being. Not a state created to appear a certain way, but a state that is my natural self. Imagine a tree: artificial refinement is like attaching flowers to its branches — pretty, but disconnected from the roots and short-lived. True consistency rises from the root, nourishing the flower naturally. You might not be able to explain why that flower bloomed, but anyone can tell it’s real.
Condition & Physical Care:
Sleep: 8 hours (9–5)
Sleep quality (Good), Skin (Good), Stamina (Good), Emotion (Good), Productivity (Good), Efficiency (Good), Creativity (Good)
To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin: I must keep up regular body massages and half-body baths.
A detox day at least once a week is essential.
To-do: Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / Letters / Books / Cards / School Emails / Finish PPT / BB Cream / Organize Accounts
Exercise & Diet:
Ultimate Goal: Trigger dopamine spike within 30 minutes = Avoid isolation = Multi-joint, heavy-weight, aerobic strength training
Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip, hamstring release) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Full-body & aerobic, compound workouts
A true master stays composed in any situation, and an elite creates environments where calmness is always possible.
Let the exercise be for condition, not just for the sake of exercise.
