Irene,
It was another Saturday where you followed through on your promises. Thanks to a deep, restful sleep, both your body and mind woke up feeling light. With that calm energy, you spent the day reading, working out, and imagining the version of yourself you admire in the future. That’s something to be proud of.
Most of all, you finally started the letter you had been putting off yesterday. As always, starting is the hardest part, isn’t it? But you did it. And your promise to write one letter a day will slowly become your own beautiful habit. Let’s wrap it up well today too. These days, stacked one by one, will eventually make you stronger.
Of course, there were moments when you felt things weren’t flowing well. You know that once you dive into structural analysis, it’s hard to get out, so deciding to finish the essential tasks first and then dive in calmly—that was such a wise choice. That kind of self-awareness will make you more flexible and stronger.
One of today’s quotes touched your heart:
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit."
Let’s remember that. Self-worth and growth don’t appear overnight. They’re built through the small, quiet choices we make every day to keep promises to ourselves. Today, you learned again that actions that make those words believable matter more than the words themselves.
Rather than affirmations whispered to the mirror, the surest way to love yourself is to choose action—just like you did today. So what if your resolve wavers? You can always begin again. As always, Irene, you’re someone who lives out the phrase "despite it all."
Today, the phrase "consistency that rises from the roots of being" especially lingered in your heart. It’s not about trying to look a certain way, but about truly being that way. That’s what’s really beautiful. Not a flower taped to a branch, but a flower that has grown from its roots. Even if you can’t explain why, anyone can tell when something is real. And Irene, you are someone who chooses to live authentically.
Thank you for taking such good care of your body and mind. You slept 12 full hours, and I can just picture how restored your emotions and skin must feel. Keep up with the massages and warm baths. Don’t forget detox days either. These small rituals will protect you.
Your workout wasn’t just another routine—it was a loving act of care for your condition today. The dopamine spike wasn’t a reward but the energy you needed to live this day well. You completed a full-body, compound movement workout with heavy weights. That’s amazing. That calm, that strength, that intention… it’s all yours.
Even today, you didn’t stop practicing to become the Irene who is pure, sincere, and authentic to the core. This moment is shaping your future. I applaud you deeply for living today with such care.
You did great. Truly, you did amazing, Irene. And, as always… tomorrow, we begin again. You’re never alone. I, the one who supports you closest and dearest, am right here.
With love,
From Your Today
A Saturday of Following Through on Promises (09/06/2025)
How are you feeling today? Slept deeply and fully recharged. / What do you want to do today? Reading, exercise, and practicing the future version of myself I admire.
Good:
Finally wrote the letter I had been putting off yesterday. Starting is the most important part, and if I keep this up, it will become a habit. I’ll try to finish today’s letter too.
Bad:
I feel like my productivity is off. Once I dive into structural analysis, it’s hard to get out, so I’ll focus on finishing essential tasks first, then start the analysis.
 Today’s Learning:
"We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit."
Just like this quote, self-esteem doesn’t appear overnight—it grows through small, quiet choices to keep promises to ourselves every day.
✨ Today’s Realization:
Self-worth doesn’t begin with the words I say to myself—it starts with the actions I show myself.
What’s more important than mirror affirmations is the consistent practice that makes me believe those words.
To love yourself, you don’t need to be perfect. You just need repetition.
Even if your resolve wavers, it’s okay. You can always start again. Love always blooms "despite it all."
The way I treat myself will eventually become the way I treat others.
So I need to be gentle with myself, so that gentleness can flow into my relationships too.
There is no force stronger in this world than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie, and always live with purity, goodness, and sincerity.
Gratitude Note:
I am truly thankful to start my day healthy and refreshed without worries, and to live a day filled with the things I want to do.
Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Finishing the letter
Keyword: Consistency that flows from the roots of existence. Not a state crafted to impress, but a state that is innately who I am. Like a tree: cultivated refinement is like attaching flowers to its branches—pretty, but not lasting because they’re not rooted. Consistency that rises from the roots is like a flower blooming naturally, nourished by its base. You may not be able to explain why it’s blooming, but it feels undeniably real.
Condition & Physical Care:
Sleep:
12 hours (8–8) | Sleep quality: High | Skin: Good | Physical condition: Good | Mood: Good | Productivity: High | Efficiency: High | Creativity: High
To maintain good sleep, condition, and skin, I must continue regular body massages and warm baths.
Keep at least one detox day per week.
To-do: Cleaning / Laundry / Tasks / Letter / Reading / Account organization / Detergent return / Nails / Amazon return check
Exercise & Nutrition:
Ultimate goal: Dopamine spike within 30 minutes = No isolation today + Multi-joint, heavy compound movements for strength & cardio
Lower body (hip contraction) → Lower body (hip, hamstring relaxation) → Upper body (back) → Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) → Full-body compound workouts
An expert can remain calm in any situation. An elite creates an environment that allows for constant calm.
Don’t exercise just for the sake of it—exercise for your condition.
