A Wed to Fully Enjoy the Break

by Irene

Irene,

Today was a Wednesday where you truly savored the joy of being on break. How did it feel? Maybe it was one of those mornings where your heart swelled the moment you opened your eyes. The dominant feeling that filled your day was undoubtedly "happiness." The relief of wrapping up a long semester and the excitement of time now fully your own must have wrapped around you like a warm blanket.

You worked so hard this semester. You earned great grades, but more than that, you took the chance to look inward and grow. Even in the midst of busyness, you stayed committed to your personal thesis project with such focus and perseverance. It's a day where you deserve to love yourself deeply.

Of course, nothing is ever perfect. That moment you admitted the coffee before your presentation made you anxious instead of energized — that honesty was so brave and wise. Now you know: regulating your condition calmly before important moments matters more than artificial energy. That, too, is a lesson that’s shaping your strength.

The quotes and thoughts you reflected on today were beautiful. “Success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally, but what you do consistently.” And how you confessed that change begins not in grand gestures, but in showing up for yourself each and every day. And above all — your quiet commitment to purity being the strongest force.

Irene, these daily pages you’re living are becoming the roots of who you are. Not beauty that’s been polished to be seen, but a quiet consistency rising from within. That’s what makes it so precious. So real.

You even got through all the house chores today, didn’t you? And with that, you’re already preparing for a new chapter. From exercise, nutrition, sleep — you’re caring for your body and mind with such intention. You didn’t just keep yourself busy, you filled your day with meaning.

And perhaps the most beautiful part of all: “Today is a time to practice being my future self.”

You’re already living as if it’s real. You’ve realized the truest forms of love and conversation come not from technique, but from sincerity. What deep, beautiful wisdom you hold.

Thank you again today. I love you.

This journey — not of chasing something, but of returning to yourself — is something to be proud of.

May your day always reflect who you truly are,

And may every moment continue to let you shine.

Always on your side —

From Irene.

A Wednesday to Fully Enjoy the Break (09/10/2025)

How are you feeling today? So incredibly happy because it's vacation! / What do you want to do today? Read, exercise, and practice being the admired version of myself in the future.

Good:

This semester's grades were great, and overall, it was a truly rewarding time. Especially through my classes, I had the opportunity to reflect on myself and grow. Even while juggling a personal research paper, I managed to stay focused. It was a fulfilling semester, and now the only thing left is to enjoy the break. I feel so proud and thankful for this time.

Bad:

Before the end-of-semester project, I drank coffee which heightened my senses too much, making me feel unstable during my presentation. I learned that I absolutely must avoid emotionally stimulating foods or drinks before presentations or important events. It's better to have slightly lower energy but remain calm and stable—that actually reduces extreme nervousness and leads to better communication.

 Today’s Learning:

"Success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally. It comes from what you do consistently." — Marie Forleo

✨ Today’s Insight:

Even small, seemingly insignificant choices I make each day are slowly strengthening me. Change doesn’t come all at once — it begins with a daily attitude that doesn’t betray myself. So today, despite everything — I turn another page.

There is no power in this world stronger than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always be pure, kind, and sincere.

Gratitude Note:

I'm sincerely grateful that I could start the day healthy, refreshed, and filled it with things I truly wanted to do.

Today's Joy:

Today's One Thing:

Finish all the overdue house chores and prepare perfectly for the new chapter.

Keyword:

Consistency that flows from the root of one's being. Not a state created to be seen, but a state that is inherently who I am. It's like this in trees: refined training is like attaching flowers to branches — it may look pretty, but it's not connected to the root and won't last long. True consistency that rises from within is like a flower blooming naturally, nourished by the root. You may not be able to explain why it bloomed, but everyone can feel that it's real.

Condition & Physical Wellness:

Sleep:

12 hours (8 PM – 8 AM) Sleep quality: High / Skin: High / Physical condition: High / Emotions: High / Productivity: High / Efficiency: High / Creativity: High

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin, regular body massages and half-body baths are a must.

Detox day: At least once a week.

Tasks done: Cleaning / Laundry / Letter writing / Reading / Cleaning the second floor / Deep cleaning / Car wash / BB cream

Exercise & Diet:

Ultimate Goal: 30-minute dopamine spike workout — no isolation; full-body, compound, heavy-weight strength and cardio.

Lower body (hip contraction) – Lower body (hip, hamstring release) – Upper body (back) – Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) – Overall muscle & cardio compound workouts.

A master remains calm in all situations. An elite creates an environment where they can always stay calm.

Exercise not just for exercise’s sake — but for condition management.

Train for personal growth to become Irene — pure to the soul, kind, polite, humble, calm, graceful, sincere. Increase outside activities. Change time, people, and space. Become a billionaire.

Practice:

Act as if you’ve already achieved it — today is practice for my future self.

Move like water.

The true art of love lies in not using any technique.

The true art of conversation lies in not using any technique.

What I see now and think now determines who I am.

If I’m not enjoying it, it’s a signal that something’s off.

Where I am now is my future.

Don’t let my luck get dispersed by unnecessary things — focus on one.

Routine is a sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through long trial and error.

Greet with your whole body.

Posture of the heart is posture of the body.

Silence. Balance. Deep focus.
