불균형과 왜곡을 구상화하는 이상한 사면

앙리 베르그송「웃음」 희극적인 것의 의미에 대하여, 읽기(7)

  '기형'의 형태는 '응고된 것'을 상기시킨다. 웃음을 유발하는 '슬픈 특권'을 가진 어떤 '추함. '흉내 낸 기형'은 '희극적' 요소를 비교적 쉽게 획득한다. 정상성 안에 이미 자리 잡은, 우리에게 열린 부정성. '경직성, 습관, 기계적 동작'은 정도의 차이가 있을 뿐, 모두에게 뿌리내린 어두운 이면이다. 꾹꾹 눌러버린 '보다 깊은 원인'을 마주하게 하는, 전혀 다른 가능성으로의 초과. '웃음의 효과'는 '근본적 방심 상태'를 통해, 자신의 심연에 가닿는다.

  '풍자화'는 완전할 수 없는 '윤곽'의 흔적을 '확대'한다. 포착된 부조화와 극단적 왜곡. 이상한 '기교'는 표면 너머에 '감춰진 용모'를 발견한다. 어떤 '저항'으로 '예감'될 뿐인, 외양과 다른 양상. 이상한 사면(赦免)은 '불균형과 왜곡'을 '구상화'한다. 본래적 형태였으나 '제지'당할 수밖에 없었던 상처 입은 존재의 복권. 기이한 실존의 형태는 '악마적 일필(一筆)'로 다시 환대된다. 

  The form of 'deformity' evokes something that has been 'solidified.' A certain 'ugliness' that has the privilege of eliciting laughter. 'Imitated deformity' relatively easily obtains elements of humor. The negativity that has already taken root within normalcy and opens up to us. 'Rigidity, habit, mechanical behavior' are all dark aspects rooted in everyone, with only differences in degree. A surpassing towards a completely different possibility that forces us to face the 'deeper cause' that has been suppressed. The 'effect of laughter' touches one's own abyss through a fundamentally relaxed state.  

  'Satire' magnifies the traces of an incomplete 'outline' that cannot be fully formed. Captured disharmony and extreme distortion. The strange 'cleverness' discovers the 'hidden appearance' beyond the surface. A strange amnesty 'visualizes' 'imbalance and distortion' that is only sensed through some 'resistance,' showing a different aspect from its appearance. The bizarre form of existence is revived through a 'devilish brushstroke.'
