징벌과 희극이 공존하는 어떤 공동

  본래적 실존에 대한 집중과 우리 사이의 날 선 괴리 어딘가. '안이한 기계적 동작'이라는 '습관'은 웃음을 통해 드러난다. 공동 내 존재에게 규율 없는 규율을 다시 상기시키는 가능성. 희극적 순간은 어쩌면 '사회적 제스처'이며, '유용한 목적'으로 환원되지는 않을까? 결코 '순수 미학'일 수 없는 어떤 도덕은 베르그송이 희극적인 것에서 찾고자 하는 사회적 요소이다.

  Somewhere between the intense focus on essential existence and the rift between us lies the "habit" of "involuntary mechanical action," which is revealed through laughter. The possibility of recalling an unregulated regulation to our shared existence. Perhaps the comic moment is a "social gesture" and may not be reduced to a "useful purpose"? Some ethics that cannot be purely aesthetic are social elements that Bergson seeks in the comic.

  쉽게 서로에게 '동화'되는 것은 '섬세한 균형'을 잃게 만든다. '기존의 화합'이라는 또 하나의 전체성으로 묶이는 차이 없는 지배. 완연한 '경직성'이 팽배해져 버린 공동체는 서로를 향해 너무 성급할 따름이다. '자기 보존'의 욕구를 파헤치는, 희극적인 순간. 자기 동일성으로 돌아가는 좁은 욕망과의 결별은 '스스로를 예술작품'처럼 대하는 순간에 생성될 뿐이다. '최대의 유연성'에 다가서며, 비로소 서로를 향해 멀어지는. 새로운 '사회성'에는 그들을 향한 '징벌'과 '희극'성이 공존하는 것 아닐까.

  Easily becoming a "assimilation" for each other loses the "delicate balance." Dominance that ties together as another entirety of "existing reconciliation" without any difference. A community that has become utterly "rigid" is too hasty towards each other. A comic moment that delves into the desire for "self-preservation." The departure from narrow desires returning to self-identity only occurs when treated as a work of art. Approaching "maximum flexibility," they only grow distant from each other. In the new "sociality," could there be a coexistence of "punishment" and "comicness" towards them?
