어제는 용기 내어 빛의 언어를 영상에 담아, 인스타에 업로드를 하였다.
아직 나도 나의 움직임의 모든 뜻을 다 헤아릴 수는 없지만,
사랑이었기에 그 에너지가 보는 이들에게 닿기를 바라며.
내 몸이 자연스럽게 움직임을 경험하고는 내가 이상하다고 생각하던 차에
유튜브에 나와 같은 움직임을 하는 사람의 영상을 보고 큰 평온과 안도감을 내쉬었었다.
부디 나의 영상도 나와 같이 혼란스러웠던 스스로의 행위가
이상한 것이 아님을 자연스러운 표현의 방식임을 알게 해 주고
그들이 자유로워지길 바라며 영상을 내보내었다.
그리고 나의 사랑하는 친구들, soul family들이
그들의 빛을 기억하고 다시금 깨어나길 바라면서 말이다.
우리는 깨어나고 있다.
우리는 우리가 누구인지 기억해내고 있다.
우리는 우리가 무엇을 하기 위해 이곳에 왔는지 기억해내고 있다.
우리는 우리가 어떻게 그를 실현할지 그 코드를 다운로드 받고 있다.
부디 그 과정에서 모두가 안녕하기를.
두려움이 늪이 아닌 사랑의 선택으로 도약하기를.
가장 나다운 모습으로 무한한 잠재력을 펼칠 수 있기를.
경쟁이 아닌 협력으로 더 큰 기적을 이루어 내기를.

light language
Yesterday, I gathered the courage
to share a video of my Light Language on Instagram.
Though I don’t yet fully grasp the meaning of every movement,
I know it was born from love—
and I hope that this energy reaches the hearts of those who watch it.
When my body first began moving naturally,
I thought something was wrong with me.
But then, I stumbled upon a YouTube video
of someone moving just like I did.
A wave of calm and relief washed over me.
So I offer my video with this same intention—
that perhaps someone, like me,
who once felt confused or strange,
might see it and realize:
"This isn’t weird.
It’s just a natural way of expressing yourself."
And through that realization,
may they feel a bit more free.
Most of all, I hope
that my beloved friends—my soul family—
will remember their own light
and awaken once more.
We are awakening.
We are remembering who we are,
why we came here,
and how we are meant to live that purpose.
We are downloading the codes of our unique missions.
May everyone feel peace in that journey.
May we choose love over fear.
May we fully express our infinite potential
in our most authentic, radiant forms.
May we create miracles, not through competition,
but through deep collaboration.
