떠나는 자리

캐나다 직장인의 소소한 일상

오늘은 현직장에서 마지막날, 여러 가지의 감정이 교차한다. 

2년 전 딱 이맘때 이곳에서 일을 시작했다. 

처음 5개월은 이것저것 새로운 업무를 배우느라 정신없이 시간을 보냈다. 

그리고 1년 후에는 업무를 총체적으로 이해했다. 

나는 나의 strength와 perspective로 내 role에 나만의 stamp를 찍었다. 

지금은 그 어떤 때보다 조직과 상사들에게 내가 필요하지만 나는 떠나기로 결정했다. 

더 많이 배울 수 있고 또 내가 한 단계 성장할 수 있는 새로운 환경으로의 또 다른 도전이다.  

힘들었던 기억들과 나를 힘들게 했던 사람들, 모두 흘려 보내련다. 

떠나는 나를 안아주며 따뜻한 응원을 보내주는 동료들로 마음을 채운다.
