I am curious if Pizza is really junk food.
When I visited Italy two years ago, I found there were lots of Pizza recipes and many Italians were proud that Pizza is Italian food.
In Italy, pizza was neither junk food, nor unhealthy food.
Many of our Samsung Italy employees went out to have Italian Pizza for lunch. Most of them were slim, healthy and athletic. Pizza was not a junk food to them.
Why does this kind of difference of perception occur? If Pizza is healthy food here and simultaneously unhealthy food there, does Pizza deserve being criticized?
In our organizations, there might be someone who is easy to get, but seemingly hazardous for organizational health. We don't hesitate call the person valueless, unhealthy.
But what if he was Italian Pizza in wrong city?
