다음세대 선교를 위한 외국어 번역 기도문 25
이웃과 나눔에 부족함 없는, 풍족하고 겸손한 우리 아이들이 되게 하소서
모든 만물을 성장시키시고,
보살펴주시는 사랑의 하나님 아버지
우리 아이들이 살아 가면서, 어려움이 찾아올 때가 많습니다.
그러나 우리 아이들은
이 세상의 사람들이 많이 찾는
이기는 방법, 남보다 성공하는 방법 등
세상적인 방법을 찾는 것이 아니라
오직 구원받은 하늘나라의 시민권자로서
이 세상 사람들에게, 먼저 양보하고 먼저 이해하며
사랑으로 이웃을 보살펴주는
하나님 나라의 가치관 살아가게 하소서.
우리 아이들이 늘 성령 안에서 살게 하시어
남의 것을 빼앗을지라도 성공해야 하는
세상적 이기주의를 과감히 내던져버리게 하시고
'주라 그리하면 너희에게 줄 것이니
곧 후히 되어 누르고 흔들어 넘치도록 하여
너희에게 안겨 주리라' 하신 말씀처럼
선한 마음으로 어려운 이웃들에게, 필요한 물질을 나누어주며
마음껏 사랑하는 우리 아이들이 되게 하소서.
주님, 이를 위해
나눌 물질이 부족하지 않도록,
늘 후이 채워주시옵고
사랑하는 마음도 후히 채워주시어
끊이지 않는 샘물처럼 나누고 나눠도 부족함 없는
우리 아이들이 되게 하여 주옵소서.
주님 또한 바라옵건대는
‘너희 중에 큰 자는, 너희를 섬기는 자가 되어야 하니라’
말씀하셨던 것처럼
우리 아이들이 모임이나 교회 단체에서
자기 자신을 드러내며, 높은 자리에 앉고
인사받기를 좋아하는 자가 되지 않게 하시고
겸손하게 먼저 나보다 다른 사람들을 섬기고
언제나 자신이 드러나지 않도록 절제하며
성령 충만함 속에서
오직 예수님의 사랑과 인자하심만을 나타내는
참된 하나님의 자녀요
복된 우리 아이들이 되게 하여 주시옵소서.

May our children be abundant and humble, lacking nothing in sharing with their neighbors.
Heavenly Father,
We lift up our children before You, asking that they grow into generous, humble, and loving individuals, always ready to share with their neighbors.
Lord, You who nurture all creation and care for every heart, You know that life will bring challenges for our children. Yet, may they not seek the ways of this world—the pursuit of personal gain, competition, or worldly success—but instead live as citizens of Your Kingdom. May they be quick to yield, quick to understand, and quick to love, showing Your heart to those around them.
Fill our children with the Spirit so that they may boldly reject worldly selfishness, even when success seems to demand taking from others. May they embrace Your promise: “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be poured into your lap” (Luke 6:38). Let them share freely with those in need, loving generously and abundantly.
Lord, provide them with every resource and bless their hearts with overflowing love, so that like an unending spring, they can give without lack and serve without hesitation. Teach them true humility, that in gatherings or church activities they will not seek prominence or recognition, but serve others first, restraining their own desires and pointing always to Your love and mercy.
May our children grow to reflect the fullness of the Spirit, embodying Jesus’ love and kindness, becoming true and blessed children of God.
We ask this in the precious name of Jesus Christ.
