In this interview, there was a more in-depth conversation about this.
She predicted that amid the ongoing turmoil surrounding the global financial market, there is still room for a warm breeze to permeate South Korea's commercial real estate market. This is because there is a possibility that funds from some Asian countries, which have enjoyed the reflective benefits of "China risk," will flow into the Korean market.
She also advised that we should wisely endure the complex environment and seek sustainable growth to strengthen resilience.
