일이 잘되는 게 중요합니다.

일을 추진할 때는 내가 잘하는 것보다 일이 잘되는 게 중요합니다. 내가 잘한다는 느낌보다 일이 제대로 되는 게 중요합니다. 내가 잘하고 있다는 느낌이나 나만 잘하는 것이 중요한 게 아니라, 모두가 협력하여 실질적인 성과를 만들어내는 게 중요합니다. 성과를 창출해야 일을 하는 의미가 살아나고, 성과를 창출해야 일을 하는 재미가 생기고, 성과를 창출해야 일의 목적을 달성할 수 있습니다. 성과 없는 일은 앙꼬 없는 찐빵과 같습니다.
