이번주 두번째 리추얼:)

가을맞이 브리치즈사과샌드위치 만들기!

매번 만들 때마다, 레시피를 전해줬던 분이, 한때 너무 맛있다며 무려 브리치즈를 네 캔이나 선물로 보내주어 웃음이 났던, 꽤 오래 행복했던 기억이 난다:)

그 이후엔 그 때를 떠올리며 매년 가을마다 한번씩 꼭 해먹는 행복의 맛:)

UB에서도 브리치즈와 사과는 역시, 맛있다.

한쪽만 먹어도 제법 든든해서 이따 먹으려고 뚜껑을 덮어놨다. 행복은 여전히:)

Fall-inspired Brie Cheese and Apple Sandwich!

Every time I make it, I remember someone who once loved it so much that they sent me four cans of brie as a gift, making me smile. It’s a memory that brought me happiness for quite a while

Since then, I’ve made it every fall—a taste of happiness I revisit every year.

Even in UB, the combination of brie and apple is delicious. Just one half is quite filling, so I’ve saved the rest for later. Happiness remains
