피드백의 4가지 원칙을 기억하자!
Context(맥락) : 특정 상황에 대해서만 피드백 한다.
Observation(관찰) : 피드백을 받는 사람이 말하거나 실제 한 행동에 대해서만 피드백을 준다.
Result(결과) : 드러난 결과에 대해서만 이야기 한다.
Expectations(기대) : 과거가 아닌 앞으로 해야 할 일에 대해서 이야기 한다.

What’s inside this CORE Feedback Template:
1. Context
Cite the specific situation. When did it occur? Who was involved?
2. Observation
Describe what was said or done. Focus on an event or a behavior you observed rather than commenting on someone’s personality or general character.
3. Result
What was the impact on others? On the business? What was the effect of the behavior (what did you think, how did you feel?)
4. Expectations
Communicate what you expect in the future, whether it’s a certain type of improvement or more of the same type of behavior.
