AMENDMENTS, MODIFACATIONS AND WAIVERS ETC. OF THE FINANCE DOCUMENTS
2.1 Required consents, amendments etc. to certain Finance Documents
(a) Subject to ... paragraphs (b) and (c) below ..., no direction or consent may be given under, and no amendment, modification or waiver which would have the effect of amending, modifying or waiving any of the provisions of an Intercreditor Documents may be made except by or with the consent of the Intercreditor Agent (acting on the instruction of the Majority Lenders).
(b) Without prejudice to ... below, any direction and consent under, or any amendment, modification or waiver to any Finance Document which would have the effect of amending, modifying or waiving any of the following or which otherwise related to:
(i) the procedure for waivers, amendments... or the definitions of the requisite majorities required to effect such waivers, amendments...;
(ii) any change in amount, or any change in timing, currency or method of calculation of, any payment of principal, interest...;
(iii) an increase in a Lender’s commitment under any Secured Credit Facility...;
(iv) the release or impairment of, or any variation in, the effectiveness or priority of any Security Interest created...

(ix) any matter in an Intercreditor Document which is expressly stated to require the consent of all the Senior Participants,
shall, in each case, require the consent of all Senior Participants.
(c) ... any direction and consent under, or any amendment, modification or waiver to any Finance Document which would have the effect of amending, modifying or waiving any of the following or which otherwise related to:
(i) the definition of Financial Completion Date...;
(ii) the definition of Material Adverse Effect;

(viii) any matter in an Intercreditor Document which is expressly stated to require the consent of the Super Majority Lenders,
shall, in each case, require the consent of the Super Majority Lenders
