아기를 위하여
풀꽃팔찌
(아기를 위하여)
경비원 아저씨가 풀밭에서
토끼풀꽃 두 개를 고른다.
아기 눈높이로 앉아
풀꽃 두 개를 이어서
작고 통통한 아기팔목에
정성스레 둘러준다.
그리고 가까운 건너편에서
노오란 들꽃을 꺾어서
아기에게 건네준다.
아기는 기분이 마냥 좋다.
꾸벅 감사를 드리고
그 자리에 앉아
다시 푸른 풀밭을 바라본다.
그 사이 어린이집
노오란 버스가 다가오고
아기는 하이얀 풀꽃팔찌가 달린
팔목을 흔들며 인사한다.
오늘도 안녕.
A Grass Flower Bracelet
(For my baby)
The guard man in the grass
chooses two rabbit grass flowers.
He sits at baby's eye level
and links them together.
He carefully surrounds it
on the small, chubby wrist of her.
He picks up yellow wild flowers
across the street, and
hands them to her.
She feels just as good.
Giving him a nod for thanks.
Just sitting there and
looking at the green grasses again.
Meanwhile, the yellow bus
of the daycare center
is approaching to her.
She greets to him
waving her wrist
with a white grass flower bracelet.
Goodbye today.
