A Calmly Flowing Saturday (04/05/2025)
How are you feeling today?
For some unknown reason, my body feels a little heavy, but I’ll try to let today pass as calmly and quietly as possible.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the future version of myself whom I admire.
Good:
Yesterday, I finished my routine as early as I could, got the car washed, and wrapped up what needed to be done productively.
Although it wasn’t completely satisfying, I believe that as I keep adding new routines each day, a time will come when they all feel natural and familiar.
Bad:
I can no longer do intermittent fasting or fasted workouts.
It seems I've burned almost all the fat I can, and my overall condition is getting worse.
While the lightness of my body feels good, I’ll absolutely avoid fasted workouts from now on for the sake of my overall health and condition.
 Today’s Learning:
Recognizing that knowing exists is important, but having excessive expectations often leads us to think:
“When will it come to me? It would be nice if it happened at this time…”
We end up setting our own deadlines and eagerly waiting.
The greater the expectation, the greater the disappointment if it doesn't happen—because expectation and disappointment are two sides of the same coin.
Knowing blooms suddenly like a flower from something we’ve been silently preparing.
Imagine someone who dreams of meeting a special person thinking:
“When I meet my soulmate, I’ll feel a spark like an electric shock,”
vs. someone who thinks:
“Everyone I meet is a soulmate” and treasures all human relationships.
Who is more likely to encounter a beautiful connection? Without question, the latter.
Since knowing happens in the unconscious realm, it can't be controlled or planned.
What we can do is not try to force it to happen but to create a good environment for knowing to arise—and do our best to maintain that state.

✨ Today’s Insight:
Lately, I feel like I’m beginning to understand more deeply what it means to let things flow naturally, like water.
Through various experiences, I’ve come to realize that rather than obsessing over outcomes like I used to, it’s more important to maintain a calm mindset of “it’s okay if it happens, and it’s okay if it doesn’t.”
That serene state—being at peace either way—is what I’m learning is true skill.
Of course, this feeling still seems a little vague and abstract, but I’ll keep cultivating it through experience and slowly come to understand it more.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even a small lie, and always remain pure, kind, and sincere.

Act as if you've already achieved it — today is a rehearsal for my future self.
Flow like water.
The true skill of love is not using techniques.
The true skill of conversation is not using techniques.
What I see and think now determines who I am at this moment.
If I’m not enjoying it, it’s a sign that something is off.
Where I am now is a reflection of my future.
Don’t let my luck get scattered on meaningless things—focus on just one.
A routine is a sacred act of discovering the most optimal simplicity through many trials and errors.
