A Calm Start to the Week – Monday (04/07/2025)
How do you feel today?
My condition is a bit low today, but I’ll try to finish my routine as soon as possible and wrap up the day well.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the admired version of my future self.
Good:
Now that the break is over and the new semester has started, I naturally began waking up earlier. I feel like I’m doing well.
Bad:
None.
 Today’s Learning:
"The person who makes a plan for the day every morning and follows it holds the thread that will guide them through the labyrinth of life."
— Victor Hugo
✨ Today’s Realization:
This morning, unlike usual, I started the day with random videos instead of my set routine. At first, it felt interesting and free, but soon I sensed the day drifting away without direction.
And within that, I learned:
If I don't design my day in the direction of my emotions, my emotions and external stimuli will begin to lead me.
Instead of letting my day be consumed by random information, recommendation algorithms, and unintended emotions,
I must choose what I see, what I hear, and what I feel as I begin the day—that is the power that governs not only the day, but life itself.
Waking myself up each morning with a chosen routine isn’t just a habit.
It is a philosophical act of reclaiming the initiative in life and strengthening my inner power.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always stay pure, kind, and sincere.
 To-dos:
Benefactors / Calendar / Cleaning / Laundry / Bank / Hair dye / Nails
 Gratitude Note:
I sincerely give thanks that today, too, I can start my day feeling healthy and refreshed, and spend it filled with things I truly want to do.
 Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing:
Be diligent each day; let life as a whole flow naturally.
Keyword Insight:
The scariest person in the world is the one who is unhurried—
Because they’re willing to take time to tear you apart.

 Training & Practice:
Act as if you’ve already achieved it—Today is for practicing my future self.
Flow naturally, like water.
The true art of love lies in not using artifice.
The true art of conversation lies in not using technique.
What I see and think now determines who I am now.
If I’m not enjoying it, it’s a sign something is wrong.
The place I’m in now is my future.
Don’t scatter my fortune on meaningless things—focus on one thing only.
A routine is not a boring ritual, but a sacred act of distilled wisdom through trial and error.
Greet with your whole body.
Posture reflects mindset.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
