Good:
Yesterday, I wasn't feeling well, so I reduced the intensity of my workout and aimed to finish the day early. After a good night’s sleep, I woke up feeling refreshed and my condition has improved.
Bad:
None.

✨ Today’s Insight:
Sometimes, stepping back and doing nothing can heal and restore me more effectively than taking active action. The most efficient thing is to practice the optimal routine I’ve already created. There is no greater power in this world than purity. I must never tell even the smallest lie and always act with sincerity, goodness, and authenticity.

For the quality of sleep, condition, and skin, I must regularly maintain body massages and half-body baths.

A master can handle any situation with ease, and an elite creates an environment where they can always stay relaxed.
Exercise not for the sake of exercise, but for condition.

2025 goal: To become Irene, who is pure, kind, polite, humble, calm, and elegant, and train for personal growth. Increase external activities. Change time, people, and space. Become a billionaire.
Training:
Act as if you’ve already achieved it—today is the time to practice the future version of me. Flow naturally like water. True love’s skill is not using techniques. True communication’s skill is not using techniques. What I see now and the thoughts I have now decide who I am. If I can’t enjoy something, it’s a sign that something is going wrong. The place I’m in now is my future. Don’t let my energy scatter on trivial things, focus on one thing. Routines are a sacred act of finding optimal simplicity through years of trial and error. Greeting should be done with your whole body. My mindset is my posture. Silence, moderation, immersion.
