A Sunday Built with Sincerity (04/06/2025)
How do I feel today?
Calm and serene.
What do I want to do today?
Reading, exercising, and practicing becoming the future version of myself that I admire.
Good:
I didn’t realize it yesterday, but the discomfort in my body wasn’t just due to working out—it turns out I had a bit of a cold. Thankfully, after resting well and getting a deep, sweet sleep, I woke up feeling completely better. It seems I had been pushing myself a bit too hard during the break. I need to remember that "complete rest is the ultimate form of self-care" and practice that sincerely.
Bad:
Even though I knew I needed rest, I kept pushing through with workouts. I didn’t manage the ideal intake of protein and magnesium as well as I should have, which likely affected my condition. The ultimate goal is always to maintain optimal condition. I must build the flexibility to adjust wisely and stay in tune with myself.
 Today's Learning:
"Live each day with sincerity, let life as a whole take its course." — Writer Lee Dong-jin
✨ Today's Realization:
What I can do isn't something grand. In the end, it’s about living this very moment with sincerity. There’s no secret other than faithfully living out each day according to my own routine and way.
And just as the phrase “let life take its course” suggests, I’ve decided to accept what I cannot control, rather than resist it. If fate exists in this world, I will also acknowledge the power of repeated coincidences and choose to live with a flexible heart.
Now that I’ve grounded myself in this mindset, it feels like I’ve finally found an answer to something I had buried deep during the break. This very moment feels refreshing—and above all, I’m thankful and happy.
Daily Guidelines:
Maintain total daily magnesium intake at 50mg – this determines the day’s efficiency.
Ensure minimum intake of natural protein, especially chicken breast.
There is no force in this world stronger than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie. Always remain pure, kind, and wholehearted.
