지난 에피소드에 이어 이번에도 위와 같은 실제 자료를 사용하여 illustration 을 읽는 방식의 한 예를 알려드립니다.


지난 번과 같이 항목별 번호를 지정하여 각 항목에 어울리는 대사를 만들어보았습니다. 보시면 이와같은 구조입니다: 오프닝 멘트 (자신만의 대사) + 슬라이드에 적힌 내용 + 클로징 멘트 (필요할 시, 자신만의 표현으로).


#1) Here, the second section illustrates the results on the Evaluation Average Table, as you can see.


#2) The left (column/side) shows the five divisions (participated in the training), as you see here, and


#3) the top (row) shows the three skills (we evaluated the participants with).

However, also, in addition, as a result, consequently, etc.


#4) regarding / concerning / in reference to / as for the S&M, they scored 8.3 in Empowerment Skills, the highest among all. This means that the recent training proved to be effective to S&M staff.


#5) However, regarding / concerning / in reference to / as for the R&D, they only attained 6.9 in Empowerment Skills, the lowest. We do not know the reason of this lowest score. Please note that we will investigate the results more in detail to figure out the reason.


#6) As for the summary of the evaluation average, we can see that the S&M Division achieved the highest mark among 5 divisions. However, the Purchasing Division must strengthen the 3 skills within 6 months. The special note is that the R&D marked the lower than expected results.
