지난 에피소드에 이어 이번에도 위와 같은 실제 자료를 사용하여 illustration 을 읽는 방식의 한 예를 알려드립니다.
지난 번과 같이 항목별 번호를 지정하여 각 항목에 어울리는 대사를 만들어보았습니다. 보시면 이와같은 구조입니다: 오프닝 멘트 (자신만의 대사) + 슬라이드에 적힌 내용 + 클로징 멘트 (필요할 시, 자신만의 표현으로).
문장의 처음, 그리고 중간부분에 진하게 표시되어 있는 표현들이 살아 있어야만 PT 를 읽는 것이 아닌 말하는 것이 됩니다. 참조하세요.
#1) Now, this page illustrates the same data in terms of total average.
As you can see, the results from the course evaluation.
#2) The bottom shows the five divisions we evaluated, and
#3) the left side of the graph indicates the average score from the scale of 6.4 to 8.8.
#4) In the graph, you should be able to see that the S&M scored 8.4 AVG,
the highest among all. This means that the recent training proved to be
effective to S&M staff. The Manufacturing was second, and
the Support was the third, with 8.1 and 7.9, respectively.
#5) Once again, if you look at the AVG results from Purchasing & R&D, it is still surprising. As for the Purchasing, it scored 7.1 AVG, and as for the R&D, 7.3.
As I said before, we will search for more reasons of these poor results.
#6) As for the Summary of the Total Average, please note that while S&M Division achieved the highest mark among 5 divisions, two other divisions (Manufacturing & Support) scored7.9 and 8.1, respectively. And as for the Manufacturing, it is a remarkable improvement from the last training.
