잡혀가는 예수
요한복음 25

하나님의 계획이 이루어지기를 원했던 예수는 제자들과 기도를 마친 후 그들을 한 아름다운 정원으로 데리고 갔습니다.
정원은 올리브 나무로 가득하고, 달빛은 밝았습니다.
예수와 제자들이 이 정원에 자주 왔으므로, 예수가 이곳에 올 것이라는 걸 유다는 알고 있었습니다.
유다가 예수를 잡으려고 병사들을 데리고 왔습니다.
예수가 말했어요, "누구를 찾느냐?"
"나사렛 예수요." 그들이 대답했습니다.
"내가 그 사람이다." 예수가 말하자, 병사들이 바닥에 넘어졌습니다.
예수가 다시 물었어요, "누구를 찾느냐?"
병사들이 다시 말했습니다, “나사렛 예수요."
예수가 대답했습니다, ”내가 그 사람이다. 나와 함께 온 사람들은 놓아주어라.“ 예수가 제자들을 보호하였습니다.
병사들은 예수를 대제사장 가야바의 장인 안나스에게 끌고 갔습니다.
베드로와 다른 제자 하나가 예수를 따라갔습니다.
"당신도 이 사람의 제자 중 하나가 아닌가요?" 여종이 베드로에게 물었어요.
"나는 아니오." 베드로가 대답했어요.
예수를 죽일 구실을 찾으려 했으나, 안나스는 예수의 잘못을 발견하지 못했습니다.
안나스는 예수를 대제사장 가야바에게 보냈습니다.
베드로는 아직 불을 쬐며 서 있었습니다. 그들이 "당신도 저 사람의 제자가 아닌가요?" 하고 물었습니다.
베드로가 부인하며 "아니오." 하고 말했습니다.
대제사장의 하인 중 하나가 "당신과 그가 정원에 함께 있는 걸 내가 보지 않았소?" 하고 말했습니다.
베드로가 다신 한번 시치미를 떼자 그때 닭이 울었습니다.
Jesus wanted to complete God's plan for him, so after Jesus was praying with his disciples, he led them to a beautiful garden.
The garden was full of olive trees. The moon was bright.
Jesus and his disciples came to this garden often. Judas knew Jesus would come to this garden.
Judas brought the soldiers to the garden to arrest Jesus.
Jesus said, "Who do you want?"
"Jesus of Nazareth," they replied.
"I am he," Jesus said. The soldiers fell to the ground.
Jesus asked them again, "Who is it you want?"
The soldiers said again, "Jesus of Nazareth."
Jesus answered, "I am he. Let my friends go." Jesus protected his disciples.
The soldiers took Jesus to Annas, who was the father-in-law of Caiaphas, the high priest.
Peter and another disciple were following Jesus.
“You aren’t one of this man’s disciples too, are you?” The servant girl asked Peter.
He replied, “I am not.”
Annas wanted to find a reason to put Jesus to death, but he couldn't find anything wrong with what Jesus had done.
Annas sent Jesus to Caiaphas, the high priest.
Peter was still standing there warming himself. So they asked him, “You aren’t one of his disciples too, are you?”
He denied it, saying, “I am not.”
One of the high priest’s servants asked him, “Didn’t I see you with him in the garden?”
Again Peter denied it, and at that moment a rooster began to crow.
