로마서 9

하나님이 세상 모든 것을 만들었습니다.
하나님이 만든 아름다운 세상은 완벽했습니다.
하나님이 만든 첫 번째 남자는 아담, 첫 번째 여자는 이브였습니다.
아담과 이브는 에덴동산에서 살았습니다.
하나님은 그들과 함께 걷기도 하고 이야기도 나누었습니다.
하나님이 말씀하셨습니다. "너희는 이 아름다운 나무들의 열매를 다 먹을 수 있다. 그러나 선과 악을 알게 하는 나무의 열매만은 먹지 말아라. 그 열매를 먹으면 너희는 죽을 것이다."
뱀은 하나님이 만든 동물 중 가장 사악했습니다.
뱀이 이브에게 말했습니다. "하나님이 정말로 동산 안의 어떤 열매도 먹으면 안 된다고 했나요?"
"그건 아니야, 모든 열매를 다 먹을 수 있어. 다만, 선과 악을 알게 하는 나무의 열매만은 먹지 말라고 하셨어. 그걸 먹으면 우린 죽게 된대." 이브가 말했습니다.
뱀이 말했습니다. "죽지 않아요. 하나님이 진실을 말하지 않는 거예요."
이브는 그 열매를 먹었습니다. 아담에게도 주어, 그도 먹었습니다.
아담과 이브가 하나님의 뜻을 따르지 않자, 죄가 세상에 들어왔습니다.
하나님이 만든 세상은 죄에 의해 망가져 더 이상 완벽하지 않았습니다.
아담과 이브가 죄를 지었으나, 하나님은 여전히 그들을 사랑했습니다.
하나님에게는 아담과 이브, 그리고 모든 사람을 죄에서 구할 계획이 있었습니다.
하나님은 사람들을 죄에서 구하고 세상을 회복시키기 위해 예수를 보냈습니다.
예수가 세상에 와서 죄와 죽음을 이겼습니다.
God made everything.
God created a beautiful world, and it was perfect.
God made the first man called Adam, and the first woman called Eve.
Adam and Eve lived in the Garden of Eden.
God walked and talked with Adam and Eve.
God said, "You can eat the fruit of any of these beautiful trees except one. Do not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. If you eat from this tree you will die."
The snake was more cunning than any of the wild animals God had made.
The snake said to Eve, "Did God really say, 'You must not eat from any tree in the garden?'"
"No," said Eve, "We can eat from any of the trees except one. We must not eat from the tree of the knowledge of good and evil or we will die."
"You will not die," said the snake. "God is not telling you the truth."
Eve ate the fruit. She gave some of the fruit to Adam. He ate the fruit too.
Sin began in our world when Adam and Eve disobeyed God.
Now the beautiful world God created was not perfect. It was broken by sin.
Even though they sinned, God still loved Adam and Eve.
God had a plan to save Adam and Eve and all people from sin.
God sent Jesus to save people from sin, and fix the broken world.
Jesus came and defeated sin and death.
