내 몸과는 별개입니다.

내 몸은 올리브 나무를 껴안지만,

나는 올리브 나무이고,

자작나무이고 그 아래 이끼와 버섯입니다.

내 귀는 파도 소리를 듣지만, 나는 바다이고

옷깃에 스치는 듯하지만, 나는 바람입니다.

나는 해왕성이며,

드뷔시의 달빛이고,

발이 하얀 고양이입니다.

100살밖에 살지 못하지만,

나는 138억 년 전부터, 내 몸과는 별개로,

영원의 숨결 안에 존재합니다.
