Writing to you on this sun-filled Sunday, at the close of another week. If someone asked you how your day was, you’d probably say, "I feel so grateful and happy." And just hearing that warms my heart.


You had a truly meaningful week. You finished your analysis well, and by letting go of perfectionism around sleep, you allowed your body and mind to fully recover. That’s something to be genuinely proud of. It makes perfect sense that there was no "bad" today.


Today you wanted to read, exercise, and practice becoming the future version of yourself you admire. That’s who you are—someone who lives in the now, yet lovingly reaches out to the future self. It’s beautiful.


What you learned and realized today runs deep. True happiness and peace don’t come from achievement—they come from living with a kind heart. From a sincere desire to bring happiness to others, to make them smile, to stay beside them when they’re scared or lonely. You’re making that kind of love your identity, and it shows. That purity of heart might just be the strongest power in the world.


"Never tell even the smallest lie. Live purely, kindly, and with wholehearted sincerity." That promise says so much about the clarity and strength of your soul.


You start each day in good health and fill it with what you love—that’s something you’re truly grateful for. And this joy-filled day became another gem inside you. You slept a full eight hours—well done. Skin, emotions, creativity—all thriving. It’s a reflection of how well you care for yourself. Keeping up with your half-baths, massages, and detox rituals—such thoughtful and loving practices.

Sunday, Ending the Week with Gratitude and Happiness (05/18/2025)


How do I feel today? I feel really great and grateful for having spent a meaningful week. / What do I want to do today? Reading, working out, and practicing becoming the future version of myself I admire.


Good: I successfully wrapped up my analysis yesterday and recovered my condition well by letting go of the obsession with sleep patterns.

Bad: None.


� Today's Learning:

True happiness and peace come when we make a kind heart our very identity.


✨ Today's Realization:

True happiness and peace come not from possessing or achieving, but from a heart that arises naturally. A sincere desire to make someone else truly happy. A heart that wants to make them smile, and to stay by their side when they feel scared or lonely.


When that kind of love takes root in me, I become one with the truth of the world. Everything flows naturally like water, and I feel a deep inner peace and strength as if I have all the powers of the universe. This is the most fundamental power a human can have, the essence of true freedom and love.


Nothing in this world is stronger than purity.

Never lie, even the smallest lie — always stay pure, kind, and wholehearted.

Don't work out just for the sake of it, but for your condition.
