Just hearing you say you woke up refreshed from a deep sleep already warms my heart. That feeling of being recharged in both body and mind—it’s something so precious. Starting the day from that peaceful place feels like a small miracle.


Today, you realized again that it’s wiser to follow the natural rhythm your body asks for, rather than trying to force a rigid sleep schedule. What matters isn’t what time you wake up, but how refreshed you feel and how fully you can live your day. I’m so proud of you for finding that kind of balance.


Looking at the things you want to do today—reading, exercising, and practicing being your future self—I can see how clearly you know the kind of person you’re growing into. All those little actions are sacred seeds, and I know just how beautifully they’ll bloom in time.

Saturday Fully Restored with Deep Sleep (05/17/2025)


How are you feeling today? I woke up feeling amazing after a deep, restful sleep. What do I want to do today? Reading, exercising, and practicing embodying the future version of myself I admire.


Good:

I used to think I had to change my sleep pattern, but doing so often left me feeling drained. So now, I’ll follow the rhythm my body asks for. What really matters is not what time I wake up, but how refreshed I feel in the morning, and how productively and joyfully I spend the rest of the day.


Bad: None.

✨ Today’s Realization:

There are things we only understand after time has passed. At the moment, we might have no idea why something is happening, but later, we see how each moment fits like a perfect puzzle piece. Life flows as if guided by a divine blueprint. In that, I’ve come to a powerful realization:

Since everything is already planned by God trying to control everything is meaningless. What matters is not forcing results but focusing on the kind of person I become in the process.


The most important thing in life is to always maintain a clear and noble character. In all words and actions, I must uphold sincerity, authenticity, and truth. My intentions must remain pure, and I now know that inner clarity and goodness are far more valuable than external success.


I’ve come to understand that every experience is shaping me into a deeper, more transparent being. Life is not a stage I control, but a journey guided by divine hands.


There is no force in this world more powerful than purity.

Never tell even the smallest lie. Always live purely, kindly, and sincerely.

To maintain the quality of sleep, condition, and skin, regular body massages and half baths are essential.

At least one detox day per week is necessary.


Exercise & Diet: Rest

Lower body (glute activation) - Lower body (glute, hamstring relaxation) - Upper body (back) - Upper body (shoulders, triceps, biceps) - Overall muscular and aerobic multi-joint workouts

A master remains calm in any situation; an elite creates an environment of calm.

Exercise not just for the sake of exercising, but for better condition.
