Dear Irene,
As the evening quietly wraps up the day, I want to take a moment to acknowledge how you got through today. Even though your body felt a bit heavy from adjusting your sleep schedule, I know how hard you tried to stick to your routine with calm intention. That simple effort says so much.
It may not have been the most vibrant day, but sometimes, those slower days make us stronger. Today, you chose reading, movement, and living as the admirable version of your future self. Thank you for having that kind of heart. Don’t forget — that future Irene is being shaped, steadily and surely, by days just like this one.
And today’s reflection… it was deeply insightful. The realization that others are mirrors of yourself — that stayed with me. Just like you felt, we meet ourselves through the people we encounter. The emotions we feel toward them often reflect something hidden or unacknowledged within us.
You also carried gratitude throughout the day, didn’t you? Starting the day without worry, filling it with what you truly wanted — that in itself is something beautiful. Even this act of reflecting and writing it all down is already a blessing.
Your commitment to exercising not for performance but for condition was inspiring. Like the wisdom that says masters stay calm and elites create calm — today, you lived wisely. That makes me so proud of you.
Your intention to care for your body and mind — through detox, half-baths, quality rest — is truly admirable. But most of all, it’s your dedication to staying pure and wholehearted that makes you shine the most.
You did so well today. Slowly, gently, but certainly — you are moving forward.
You’re doing enough. You are enough.
With love,
From Irene
Keeping to a Calm and Mechanical Daily Routine – Friday (05/16/2025)
How are you feeling today?
I feel a bit heavy because I changed my sleep schedule, but I’ll try my best to go through the day calmly with my routine.
What do you want to do today?
Reading, exercise, and practicing being the admired future version of myself.
Good:
I started the day early to shift my sleep pattern, so although I’m a little off in terms of energy, it’s a necessary step. I’ll do my best to succeed with this change.
Bad:
None.
 Today’s Learning:
"Everything that irritates us about others can lead us to an understanding of ourselves."
– Carl Gustav Jung
✨ Today’s Insight:
Today I gained an important realization.
The person in front of me, the one I’m currently interacting with, is not just another person. They are a mirror reflecting my own state.
Every word, attitude, and reaction they express silently reveals how I am doing internally and what perspective or emotion I carry as I see the world.
Once I realized this, instead of judging or evaluating that person, I began to look within. Is this an emotion I’ve been suppressing? Or a part of myself I’ve been ignoring?
Seeing my inner state reflected through others was unfamiliar but deeply moving. As Jung said, we are always seeing ourselves in others. The people who show up in our lives are not there by coincidence — they are ‘mirrors of our inner world.’
If someone causes discomfort, admiration, or understanding, that too may be a reflection of a piece of myself. This insight will not only transform how I build relationships but will also become a new path to grow and understand myself more deeply.
There is no strength in this world greater than purity.
Never tell even the smallest lie, and always be pure, kind, and wholehearted.
Tasks: VIP contacts / Calendar / Cleaning / Laundry / Assignments / School course registration

Today’s Joy:
Today’s One Thing: Calmly following my routine

To maintain sleep quality, condition, and skin, I must continue body massage and half-baths regularly.
Must maintain a detox day at least once a week.

Practice:
Act as if it’s already achieved — Today is a rehearsal for my future self.
Flow like water.
The true art of love is not using technique.
The true art of conversation is not using technique.
What I see and think now defines who I am in the present.
If I’m not enjoying something, it’s a sign something’s off.
Where I am now is my future.
To avoid spreading luck thin, focus on one thing.
Routine is a sacred act found through long trial and error, seeking optimal simplicity.
Greet with your whole body.
Posture of the mind is posture of the body.
Silence, moderation, immersion.
